My Cigna isn't the same as my Cigna website
Nothing updates is very frustrating redirects me to pages and then says that they're busy I've called tech support and they said for some reason it's blocking me I've reset my phone uninstalled reinstalled nothing's working

Unbearably slow. Forgets biometric login regularly. It's easier to just use the website. The website is not slow. It's just a bad app.

App is OK, company is atrocious. They refused to cover a hospital stay for my child because they said the hospital he was born in was out- of-network, while it was in-network for his mother who gave birth. Absurd.

Can not sync to MyFitnessPal or Fitbit. I've read every help file, followed all instructions to the letter, reinstalled all apps and ran through the instructions, again to the letter, more than a dozen times over the last month. After hours of trying, I realized that just don't want you to be able to earn rewards.
