A few months ago it won't let me sync with Plex server... no longer supported?...

It's a good product. Unfortunately, there is little intent in the software, which has already led to the loss of photos and videos. It is difficult to understand how to delete a share, as well as to have access to other features.

Dropped remote support
Garbage company, dropped remote support for my cloud devices due to their own mistakes.

Android version now automatically uploads photos via WiFi and keeps original date/time taken thanks.

After a few days, the app on your phone automatically logs you out of your WD account. After logging in again, the app proceeds to configure the new device, after entering the device code, the app informs that it is already configured and recommends asking for access from the owner by entering his e-mail (this is my e-mail on which I am logged in). Technical support recommended a reset and reconfiguration (of course, the data is wiped). After a few days, it logs out again and it is impossible to get to the data. Drama!!!
