A few days ago I started to be kicked out of the cloud every so often and I had to log in again. Now I can't even access the device anymore. He asks me my name and when I answer he expels me. A loop. Please check updates carefully before releasing them.

Ok, but not great. Need improvements. Pros: Mobile app to store pics. Cons : 1. Frequently disconnects app from my cloud. Everytime login. 2. For backup need to open app. Improvements required: 1. Laggy User interface. 2. No playback support for some video formats. 3. Sorting of images based on filters 4. Image operations like Google photos 5. Duplicate file detection and removal. 6. Facial search options. 7. IP/securyty camera storage(NVR functionality ) and retrieval 8. Google tv app

Works well. However, the scaling of the multi-selection menu is not correct in the image view and the options (for example, delete are only shown to a quarter) (Galaxy Z-Flip3). Numerous services are no longer supported (wd my cloud ex2 ultra WD Sync)

App permanently backs up after each start, always completely from the beginning. View function is a disgrace. If I open an image in my folder structure and then want to look at the next one, I can't do that. After closing the image, I'm back at the beginning of the folder structure. Searching starts all over again. Also, a reasonable backup of the mobile phone data is not possible. Support doesn't really care about issues.

HEIC preview is not supported. This is at least standard in 2024 Somst the operation is sometimes not adapted to Android at all. What a pity. That's why I'm switching to Synology now. Anyone can do hardware, but not software - you can see from mycloud

Actually quite good, but the download of files is very poorly solved. Entire folders cannot be downloaded and several files cannot be downloaded at the same time.

Still overrated with 1 star
None of this is any good. Track names are shortened to 8 cryptic characters, playing .mp3 files is like playing the lottery, the supposedly German help pages turn into English ones from page 2 (saved at the wrong end), the support is disinterested and slow. Hands off WD
