Since the last update...
...files are no longer synchronized correctly with the cloud. When I upload something from my computer, the files are on the server (and also in a folder that is shared with the cloud), but the files do not appear in the app or the web app. The files are only visible after restarting the server.

App is unusable. Even on the same network you can't access photos. Spins and spins and spins, never loading.

The WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra lacks a local folder to folder/share sync function. Otherwise, it's very well done.

We need to be able to see the file names better, you can always see a little bit of them, and we need to be able to see the screens rotate 90 degrees when you rotate the phone. We need to be able to copy files from the phone to the cloud for example, in short there are many things that need to be improved and also opening TXT files from a cell phone is never possible, it gives an error..

The MyCloud App does not find my NAS (EX2Ultra), it allows me to log in but does not find the device, the same if I try to access MyCloud via PC, even being in the same LAN at home. Curiously, I can access the Nas from PC and from the phone via Local IP or with applications like Plex. This problem has been going on for about 2 years, since then I cannot remotely access my NAS.

Good app in itself, but useless if you want to upload files other than photos or videos. It's also annoying to constantly be logged out if you accidentally open the app and your phone is offline at the time.

Well, unfortunately, the My Cloud OS 5 application has a problem. It is that when I am away from home and want to listen to music from the resources of the home server WD My Cloud EX 2 Ultra, unfortunately after playing 3-4 songs the playback is interrupted automatically. And so every time. I tried on 2 smartphones and a tablet, all on Android. I messed around with the settings, no effect. On the WD forum they write something about this problem, but this time it concerned iPhones. In the end I listen from a memory card.
