Nuisance review prompts
App functions well. Multiple times I indicated I wasn't interested in leaving a review/do not ask again. Begrudgingly leaving this review due to annoyance of prompts PRIOR to being able to use the app. Give me a chance to use it before asking me to rate!

Documents don’t upload
This app used to work but for months now I am unable to upload supporting documents for claims. I get an error message each time.

please fix your app!
this app is basically functional; however, there are two things that really stink about it. the first is a very annoying glitch which is a constant pop up asking you to rate the app. the option to “don't show me this again” is useless - the pop up will come back any time you move between pages and always when you re-enter the app. the option to permanently dismiss needs to be fixed! i've also provided feedback before )which had an extremely limited character field) and that didn't make it go away either. second, if you are using this app to submit claims for flex spending reimbursement and there is any issue at all with your claim, there is no way for optum to tell you WHAT the problem is. there should be a way they can leave a message or provide additional detail on why the claim hasn't moved through the process other than just an unhelpful icon that can't be understood or resolved in the app without tracking down a customer service rep live.

App won't open, it keeps crashing on my Pixel 8 Pro. Tried re-installing. Tried a Force Stop. Keeps crashing when I try to open it then closes.

Initial setup to connect my account in the app was a little glitchy but after that I was easily able to submit a claim for reimbursement and upload supporting documentation without an issue.

Annoying actions and immature user interface
Number one annoyance is the prompt about how the app is doing. First time, I say ok. When it asks again while doing the next claim, it asks again. I select “don't ask again”. During the third claim, it asks again. This time I select “not so well”, and fill out the form for that. For the fourth claim, I pick exit and at least the window goes away. If the developer has such a fragile ego that they need affirmation for every claim I file, perhaps they need a different job. Given that they seem unable to honor the “don't ask again” option, maybe they shouldn't being doing apps at all. Another annoyance is the default user. Why have a default if you don't use it. I am the only person claiming FSA funds, so why do I have to select myself every time.

Keeps asking to provide feedback
Every time I open the app it asks to provide feedback, even after refusing to do so. Trying to submit feedback from the app does not work.
