Several times you did not deliver a package because we were supposedly not at home, while we were waiting for it ... If you do not feel like actually delivering something, then find another job ...

umpteenth time that we are just at home and then say that we are not home. no dhl can be seen on camera images. umpteenth time that deliveries are made to number 46 instead of 46-01!! those people never deliver wrongly delivered packages!!! there is only one person at dhl who knows where we live and that is Petra.

in general poor delivery packages are left at the door and the doorbell is not even rung while you are at home and do not continuously look at the app if it is already there. so already several packages packages lost because it was probably stolen at the door scandalous how your packages are handled and suppliers only have to pay to send new product or give money back and dhl is not responsible for this this is really not possible take your responsibility

Cannot create an account. App requires special characters for password, but app does not recognize them. Google Pixel 9 Pro I have indicated what is wrong with the app. If it is not fixed, there is no point in becoming a DHL customer and I have no use for customer service. Let me know when the app works.
