Delivery is bad
The delivery person leaves the package at the door without ringing the bell. This is not normal. The other times it is left at the door, he rings the bell and then quickly runs to his van. So if you are not home and it is raining, your package will get nice and wet.

the delivery person must read where the package should be placed if it does not fit in the letterbox! Yes I have had contact via chat which does not make you any wiser! The delivery person must simply deliver or ring the doorbell (which is very normal) or letterbox or at the agreed location which I have mentioned!!!!!

bad delivery. I get a message, we will be at the door within 15 minutes. I am waiting outside. 2 minutes later I get a message, we missed each other. every time I have to pick up my package at a collection point.
