Evil!!!
I was just at home!! We have a camera doorbell and there has been no DHL delivery person and still say you can't take care of it was no one at home! I'm so fed up with you! Every time I complain, do something about it instead of ignoring complaints!! All I have to do is say DHL and everyone has negative stories about you! Shame on you as a company!!

Package on the way, which package?
If I get an email that one package is on its way, it can't be found in the app at all. Not even with the link to the app from the mail. Worthless such an app... could use a lot of improvement What's the use of a dashboard that only shows news, where I can't even find my package?

We are waiting neatly inside the living room and happen to see a ghost walking. Is the package in front of the door in the rain There has been no ringing of the doorbell and no knock on the door. Notification on phone after 15 minutes package has been delivered. Someone could have easily taken the package with them. Ridiculous of this delivery man.

Unfortunately, the package has once again been delivered incorrectly. I'm getting so tired of this....
