Late fee
I don't get a bill of any kind paper or email. But when payment is late I'll get a notice by email. Is this some type of a scam you run? I prefer to have a paper bill and not email bill and I prefer a bill coming prior to the due date. The last few months this has seem to be a redundant problem with your service I'm requesting that you remove any late fees you have applied to my account. Thank you Again your services are very poor. No paper bills just a email when the payment is past due with late fees. I will be discontinuing my service.

the bill is easy to pay bur the service is terrible I have few techs tried to fix my equipment in yet I am continuously loosing reception numerous times a day but the money is the most important part of dish
