Equipment problems
Have had trouble with dish receiver not working properly, ie: record program and will not play back, paused program and came back and it freezes, you try to rewind and it will not function, you have to change channels and come back which causes loss of paused content. Have called twice to report and was told nothing is wrong, BULL$&@$! I'll try one more time then I will cancel subscription if not helped!

Terrible service
Quality of product and service is poor. Dish anywhere app doesn't have the same channels as the ones on TV. Service staff is not flexible

Dish Network is a hoax
Dish network's representatives lie and are deceptive. We called trying to lower our bill because it creates such a hardship for us and instead of helping us, they increased our bill. You all are a deceptive practice!
