Difficult to link pass to app. Not intuitive.

Poorly structured app
The app has so many features crammed into it, it is maze. The app needs to be restructured using a top-down approach. Do not put so many features on any given page. I suspect features/functionality have been added over time without considering how the overall app is structured. I find using the app is like being dropped into a maze. Needless to say, using the app is very frustrating, which decreases my desire to use it.

Poor pairing with magic band. Takes too long to do things like connect to Bluetooth devices. Can be setup multiple ways, with no guidance on the best way

I couldn't load all the tickets, and then I couldn't connect to my family's account, which was very cumbersome. I solved it with an online assistant and spent a total of an hour just on that. The magic of Disney must not have worked, I think it went over to the dark side... tomorrow I start visiting the parks, may the force be with me. Very cumbersome.
