Clunky Filter Replacement Process
The filter works fine and the data it sends to my phone app is good and accurate but I cringe every time I have to change the filter as it is always a time consuming ordeal. Once you unplug the device as instructed in the owners manual everything including the connection to my home network has to be restarted and the process is extremely clunky and requires multiple tries. When I call the “help” desk an entire new ordeal begins. The “help” desk gives me the 3rd degree regarding many data points: personal information, date of purchase, location of purchase etc. I am treated as if I were a criminal who stole the device and is now trying to replace the filter (what self-respecting criminal who stole the device would open the owners manual and call the “help” desk???) Anyway I've had my Dyson for over 5 years and because of the terrible “help” desk have had to call many times. Not a single time has the person at the “help” desk ever had a clue about how to help me. They have been incorrect every time I've called and I've always had to figure it out myself. Here's my advice for Dyson: 1) Use a single data element to identify your customer. No more 3rd degree for customers calling the “help” desk. We are not criminals. 2) Put a training program in place and require any employee who interacts with customers to be certified regularly; 3) Fix the filter replacement process. I have learned on my own that it is not required to unplug the device when replacing the filter. That is where the trouble begins and your people do not have a process in place to logically describe how to recover the connections. It is hit or miss and your people tend to stumble and stall rather than providing the right solution. Lastly: I now have multiple filters throughout my home that work just as well as my Dyson with far less frustration and hassle than the Dyson. I have purchased the others because they are easier to maintain and I have never had to interact with their help desks. I would have preferred to stick with one company for all of my devices (and I really like the Dyson app on my phone) but the filter replacement process and “help” desk frustrations keep me from doing further business with Dyson for any product which is sad for Dyson and me. I hope you will consider my review and do something to improve as your product is good and I'd like to be a customer for more than one device someday. Sincerely, [name]

improvable
I have several products, and all of them amazing, but the app should improve its features. The Dyson 360 Vis Nav should be able to access live cleaning to observe the area it is cleaning, as well as access to its 360 camera (as is possible in the rest of the competing robot vacuums). Very useful features that should be implemented, as well as the possibility of remotely controlling them to get them out when they get stuck (also possible in other robots).

Dyson with a map rating of 1.5 or an unusually low rating. The support is rubbing the point from the end and it doesn't make sense. Convinced by the abnormally low rating,

Simple app without real integration
Alexa is not supported in Switzerland. This is my main reason for such low rating. No real support for technical issues. App does not sync data with other applications. Overall it is nicely designed but behind the design there a few great features. E.g. no way to program smart routines.

I can't make obvious waves with the Dyson id
As a result of the updates, although my device is dyson airwrap id, I cannot use the curl id curl feature. As a result of the update, I cannot use my dyson efficiently

I don't even want to put a star on it.
If the Wi-Fi changes, delete the product and register a new one. I can't connect for the rest of my life, it takes a long time, and I'm tired of being forced to enter the first serial number over and over again. I couldn't connect. What's the point of putting this out?
