Terrible execution
So frustrating, takes no less than 5 tries/5 minutes every time I wish to change my charge level, climate etc. How is this 5 star rated? Will this ever be made better, more like the Tesla experience?

It's a little slow and doesn't open well sometimes without closing and reopening again. I do really like the convenience of all the features though!

APPLE WATCH NO?
Why is myGMC app all of a sudden not available on my Apple Watch? This is a HUGE issue for me. It was so convenient…. While I see that the automatic response to other reviews regarding this issue is that it was a decision made to “streamline the app”. I would argue that this take away from the “streamlining” of the app. Horrible decision by whoever made this call. Give us our watch app back please

Remote start
App has been glitchy, expensive for only being command start, other manufactures do not charge for this feature.

Could be better
I recently purchased a Hummer EV SUV 2X and wanted to share my feedback, especially as a former Tesla Model Y owner. The MyGMC app is significantly behind Tesla's in terms of functionality. It lacks key features such as displaying the charging speed in km/hour and showing the total charge added during the current session. Additionally, the climate control interface could be more user-friendly. In the Tesla app, you can precisely select which seats to heat and adjust the interior temperature while also seeing the current cabin temperature at the bottom of the screen. These details make a big difference in usability. If I hadn't previously owned a Tesla, I would probably think this is an amazing app. However, my perspective is biased because of my experience as a Tesla owner. With those fixes above, this app would be a 5/5.
