App was better 3 years ago when I got my 2022 Acadia. You can't see if your doors are locked, it no longer offers remote start extension, doesn't say if doors were left open.... it just doesn't. This app is really only good for remote start now.

It's very hard to get current battery status. Can't start charging from the app and can't see the charging speed

the constant logging back in, always in a time where I don't have the bandwidth or access to both hands to log in is a pain. What about biometrics? All the cool kids are doing it.

Purchased 2024 GMC HUMMER EV SUV and this GMC app is the worst. It will works for a day and crashes the next day not allowing me to log in. I have to delete and reinstall for it to continue to work every single day. GMC also does not allow to remote start via mobile app. I wish it was more like the Tesla app.

App has improved since my last update but now changing functionality for EVs has been removed. Why? Use to work very well. Curent app has no charging at home functionality other then status and GM charger does not provide any statistics
