There's something seriously wrong with this app. I feel like…things are disappearing from my cart even though I put them there but i'm still being charged for it. I'm not receiving refunds for out of stock items. I have to go in after the fact and request a refund, the charge doesn't adjust. And not being able to cancel an order…especially after the delivery window has passed is ridiculous. I waited on an order for two days. Favor never gave me a text and HEB couldn't give me an answer. I need more control over my order. I can't use this app anymore. And the prices aren't that much cheaper, it's still raised in the app too.

It's just so buggy.

I cannot believe I have to enter my password EVERY SINGLE TIME. No APP in the world is SO ANNOYING.

Suddenly a few months ago my account does not work at the register to use digital coupons, even when they scan the app. Now the latest update has changed the weekly Flyer view option. HEB has been going downhill becoming more like Walmart, it is extremely disappointing.

I scan my coupons in the app and scan the code at the self check-out by the coupons don't show up on the register. Employees too busy puttering around on their phones to care. It's also annoying how you have to re-sign in to view your pharmacy information.

The app is now supposed to send a code to your email for verification. Unfortunately, it never sends the code Frustrating

this is one of the most annoying apps I have ever used. If you open this app after a few days, it will ask for login details everytime. You can even search for anything without logging in. I work in tech. They should fire whole IT department for making such a useless app

Oh heck no HEB!!! Latest update just removed y'all from my favorite app for easy usability. PLEASE bring back the simple uncluttered view and ESPECIALLY what aisle the item is located on when I click on an item. I RELIED on that so much in-store as well. We don't need to read a book explaining what each item is. Just the cold hard useful facts.

The app needs a lot more work on it! I add stuff and sometimes go in later and some items randomly come off no idea why and there not out of stock they just randomly disappear if happens at least once a week with at least 1-2 items. I put it on the list finish checkout and after picking up curbside realizing I don't have what I put on there I go to the order on the app and it's not even on there anymore…. Very frustrating. There should be a remove item feature there use to be on the main website within 30 minutes of placing a curbside but not anymore and not in the app we should be able to remove stuff up until maybe an hour before at least. If something's out of stock we should be able to pick what we want for a substitute like the target app. The target app is perfect for curbside. I wish HEB had a quick under 2 hour pickup there's too many fees for pickup within a few hours. There should be an express option for a smaller order no fee. There's a 10% up charge per item I've never added up mine but I get large orders I'm sure it comes out to a lot I wish that was done away with it's cheaper to shop in store there should just be a flat fee at the end instead of 10% an item
