Why are you throwing more and more ads and push notifications? You price gouged our community in Cleburne, TX and you provided subpar meat and produce compared to even Walmart. Gross. Do better. Go back to 2004 H-E-B standards.

Requires you to create an account with username and password for the app to function. Does not allow you to use touch ID to log in. Does not allow you to use "hide my email" function, which would also allow for touch ID log in. Frequently logs the user out, forcing them to remember their password or access their password manager, which may not be easy if you didn't have the foresight to open the app and make sure you're still logged in before going to the grocery store. Why can't the app just show me what the weekly deals are for the location of my choice without me logging in? They don't change. They're printed on a flyer by the door. Overall impression: basically functional but annoying and inconvenient. If you're that desperate to harvest about my shopping habits you could at least put in the legwork of associating that data with my identity yourself. I thought maybe I could save a little paper but no, I'm going back to picking up the flyer when I walk in.

I'm trying to put an address into the location search, and the app just won't let me. The keyboard disappears as soon as I try to enter a zip code. At the moment the app is completely useless for me!

I've dealt with a lot of apps… 200+. The Grocery part is maneuverable, understandable and clean. BUT, the pharmacy portion of the app is A NIGHTMARE! If I could put negative stars on just the pharmacy part I would! HEB Pharmacy needs its own freestanding app. Calling the pharmacy for help is like asking a mechanic for a manicure. The amount of scanning, emails, entering code numbers, is absolutely ridiculous. I have my profile set up but trying to add my husband‘s for the past hour makes me want to hammer a nail through my hand just to diffuse my frustration!

I love H-E-B, and the app is helpful, but there are some very clear shortcomings with the List function on the app that are annoying every time I use it. 1) I should be able to clear all checked items or clear a list without having to delete the entire list and then create a new list and name it again. This is sooo tedious. 2) I would really like to be able to send or share a list. I have to literally text each item one by one to someone going to the store for me, which they have to add to their list after. This is very inconvenient when the point of an app is to make the process of shopping more convenient

When applying for the credit card, iOS fills in your first name for the last name field and other way around. Please fix this, as it cost me thinking I was not approved.

Sadly, HEB lost my trust this week over $3. So, if you ever wonder how much your business is worth to HEB, I at least now know that it is less than $3! I added a $3 off coupon to my online order that was not honored. Rather than admit that their website made a mistake, the HEB support team attacked me saying it was all my fault refusing to admit their own website made a mistake. I can't return all the items as I didn't notice this until after I used part of my order, so now I'm stuck out in the cold with a terrible impression of HEB and zero desire to give them any more of my business! Terrible customer service!!!!!

I like the app and use it every week. I was looking for a tech support contract, but don't see one. the pharmacy will lays old meds, but not my current ones.
