Horrible app! Every time I try to find a doctor in a specific field, it tells me "There are no doctors within a 50 mile radius of your location. " That is complete BS! I live a large city! My doctor is a "Humana " doctor and it still tells me the same thing when I look up internist. The app is useless for getting the help I need. I know I can call, however that's very complicated because I can't choose by my specific criteria for a specific physician. HELP!! Please do something about this!!

Ridiculous
I see every nickname is taken if it is not a positive review. Why waste our time. This app is a waste of my time. I've been having issues since CenterWell supposedly released a “new and improved dashboard “ the previous one never had correct information and after the latest update it messed up sign in page and then apologized, acknowledging they were wrong and then locked my account. Haven't received any updates since then and that was 6/7 weeks ago or so. Nwont confirm any nickname Omg, when I finally gave it a good nickname it let me send feedback! You guys have got to be kidding with us!

Little useful information. No information regarding authorizations and healthcare providers are not the easiest to find. MYUHC has a much better platform.
