Been a customer for YEARS and just recently made a change to T-Mobile because they have stores near me. Metro shut down in the area. So it made it a bit difficult to drive 45 miles out of the way just to find a locate store. I've always came back to metro but after sitting on the phone for almost and hour and hearing the reps play with the hold button. Just because I switched and I paid because i didnt think i would have a phone to use for work and wanted to see if I could possibly get a refund.

Not compatible with my phone can't update.. you require the update to see anything or do anything but now I have to buy a new phone to go with it. You have 600 dollars plus tax laying around for one..

after years being with Metro this new update tells me the app is no longer compatible with my device. So now I'm stuck with a app on my device just taking up space that won't even work.
