Worst app ever keep taking off my phone and keep showing back up. Worst app ever

I usually pay my bill through the metro app and it tells me to turn off the Wi-Fi for it to work (which is DOES NOT). I deleted the app and downloaded it again to try and pay my bill and I got the same error message. Totally irritating and annoying. Deleted it forever, now I'm paying by looking up “metro” in google. I'm my opinion you're better off just googling it. Do not waste your time with this app. 0/10.

This is so trash compared to the prior version. I tried logging into my account and when it tries to send me the verification code, it never comes. on top of that, there's no other options for you to get access. Please fix this piece of garbage TMobile.

Disappointed because I got the message on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 that my phone is no longer compatible with the app so I have to pay my bill in person.

My app doesn't work at all

Not compatible with my current phone version? Tell me what exactly ONLY a new model does that this app now requires? Hint: nothing. It's them begging me to replace a phone i barely use. I will get a new phone - and new service - with a different provider.

The Network won't connect, or keeps dropping out which in turn leave you high an dry using all your data up without notifications.
