what happened to the high security password feature? my identity was stolen, what the hell am i supposed to do? the identity theif sure as hell knows the street i grew up on or the name of my first pet, this is what passes as security for you?

Terrible. Phone person didn't know who I was. Didn't recognize my phone number. Couldn't answer any questions. Didn't know how much I need to pay on my account. I just bought a new phone from Metro and it doesn't work. But you still charging me for 2 lines

I can't gain access to my account. I keep getting a msg. Sorry not able to access account information. I've tried several times. Even tried trouble shooting techniques. I still can't get in to pay my bill.

I've had nothing but trouble with anything to do with Metro or anything affiliated with it. They also have lousy customer service - they may mean well but their customer service is still woefully lacking. In my opinion Verizon actually is much better & they're customer service is actually very good!! I'll have to switch to another phone carrier service because I've had nothing but problems with Metro & they have had so many data breaches and Metro doesn't really care about their customers.

Overcharged/added lines/bill increase/internet lagging nonstop
Went into store had a grandfather plan one line I had no phone connected was told $5 and I'd be able to add tablet started lagging next day with only 3 things connected looking over everything no longer had my plan and from 2 lines and a tablet for $130 now 5 lines tablet at 2 gig a second tablet added not true and bill $160 I'm disabled and went from pleased and great service to not able to afford increase upset poor service and 2 more lines limited gigs….
