my 4 phones work perfect but I am being bullied once again to up grade all 4 or have no way of paying using my phone been a consumer since 2012 maybe time to change !

Having trouble now with signing in. If there is something that has changed please let me know how to use it. I don't know if I'm signed in or not bc if I click on something it does nothing.

It was bad before, now it’s worse
The app was always bad but with this new update, it's somehow worse than before. I don't know how they've done it, folks, but they have! It's not even loading! What is the point of having this app if it doesn't work and the website is no better? Phone service should be free since you make it so difficult for customers to give you money. If I could give this zero stars, it would still be too many.
