Best place to shop?
Morrisons get too many prices wrong. The price advertised is often not charged at the till. This makes shopping even more of a challenge. Taking away manned till is also a mistake. Do I need to say why? My biggest irritation is displayed outside the store. “We are keeping the trollies clean for you”. No you are not and never have even through Covid. Lies do not impress. Building a relationship with your customers is difficult but downright lies won't help. The More Card has improved. People like collecting points and earning fivers. A small step in the right direction. However, you need to speed up your response time online. Want to stand around at the checkout waiting to load eight fivers? No, not do I. The validation number normally comes through when I get home. Bored now so I'm stopping. .

I've earned £185 this year for Christmas just by focusing on the best points offers. Brilliant. The same can't be said for the digital Christmas savings stamps, though. I can't access stamps I've actually paid for as you have to select whether you want them online or on the card 2 months in advance rather than on the day like the points. Now I have to wait for next year. Customer service won't reply to my email or phone calls. Poor.

Hope Morrisons read this. I shop all the time, scanning my card for years and honestly the offers you have and the points system is rubbish. I get better daily offers and rewards with Lidl and Tesco. Include Boots and Holland & Barrett for that matter. Rubbish loyalty system
