Given that the majority of your time using the Morrison's More app is spent getting it scanned at a checkout, it's bizarre how hard this app makes it to scan your More barcode. First of all every time you scan it, there's a pop-up window that says “Congratulations X more points”. Because you're checking out when it pops up and your phone is turned away from you to face the barcode reader, that pop-up always appears the next time you use the app. That means next time you try and scan the barcode it's inevitably blocked by the pop-up congratulating you on your last successful scan. Why block the barcode with that message? What does that add to anybody's experience? The pop up occupies 60% of my phone's screen for no good reason. You then need to tap a button to clear the pop-up so you can continue, but guess what? Because the phone is facing away from you, you don't realise, instead making repeated futile attempts to scan the screen, not realising it can't because of the absurd, screen-filling pop-up. But it's not done messing up your checkout process. Oh no. Instead there's a burst of confetti, celebrating your having earned £0.005, which also, in a fit of sadism, also obscures the barcode and prevents it from being scanned. You just have to wait for its offensive idiocy to subside before you can finally, wearily get to scan your barcode and move onto the payment. Why? Just why? It's so stupid it almost defies belief. It holds up the checkout queue, is actively infuriating to users, and makes experience of shopping at Morrisons just slightly worse. Please, for the love of all that is good and holy, sort out this appalling mess.

getting points converted to £ is not easy first time. even staff couldn't work it out. make instructions clearer, as everyone at checkout gets annoyed.

can't get logged in & no help offered

Rubbish. Says it's going to email security number but doesn't happen. Tried clearing storage and re installing. No method of contacting supplier. Can't use so uninstalling.

The app often won't work in store so you can't collect your point ls and constantly logs you out too.

Products in stores sometimes don't apply to the app once you scanned them through the till in store. Sort it out.
