Unreliable.
NissanConnect® EV & Services and many other Nissan apps are available for Mac also, not just iPhone. Why isn't this app allowed to be used on a Mac? It's just a checkbox to turn it on to allow it. Why haven't you? So annoying to see such splintering and inconsistencies of your own apps. Leaf users can control their car from a Mac but Ariya users can't. Senseless. I have to terminate the app regularly to get it to work. After refresh button taps and long waits the app still shows wrong/old data. Old mileage. Old charge level. Old odometer reading. And old status for whether the doors are locked or the climate controls are on or off. It's totally absurd. I've tried on cellular and on WiFi. I live in an area where att is strong and there are no internet issues at play. And I have very fast WiFi. Killing the app sometimes helps but not always. It's torture to use. And the icon is atrocious.

Not Impressed
So far the app only works 50% of the time when locking, unlocking, starting, and stopping.

Inconsistent and False Fails
Ive contacted customer service. Removed the app and reinstalled and the app remains to be horrible with sending false fails for auto start when the vehicle has started. The timer doesnt display and it either sends a fail notification or just keeps spinning.

Occasional start
Right when I needed the app to work the most on a cold December day 2 degrees. It wouldn't start. That's when I need it the most!

Takes 20 minutes to start my car
The whole reason I have this is to remotely start my car and it consistently takes multiple tries before it starts. Is so incredibly frustrating. I don't know why I even pay for this broken service.

Unreliable
Since my purchase of a ‘24 Rogue Platinum this app has been unreliable at best.. When attempting to start the vehicle from the app I'm met with a notification stating Engine failed to start. On the off chance it will actually start the engine, I get a notification that Engine Started but climate failed to start. Not once has the app started the vehicle and the climate settings. Expected better from Nissan.

Watch App Needs Work
The Watch app desperately needs updated to run independently of the phone app. There's nothing more frustrating than locking your phone in the car, then trying to unlock the car with your watch, only to be told you need to open the app on your phone first. The phone app is great, the Watch app needs some work to be usable.
