Won’t remote start car
I was so excited to have this app. We got our Rogue in July. Now with weather getting colder, thought it would be great to be able to remote start with climate control ( seats & steering wheel). For some reason, the last week, it won't work. It was working previously. See from comments online, this is common. So glad we aren't paying for the service. Very disappointed

This app is not useful at all. I don't understand how it has any 5 star reviews. It's not efficient nor beneficial. It's an useless app

Rarely works
The problem with the app is that most of the functionality rarely works because the app rarely works. Maybe if you use it 100 times a day it'll work 80 times, but if you use it 2 times a day and it's one of those 20%-not-working times then it doesn't work. Don't waste your money like I did.

I just found out about this and downloaded the app. It was so difficult to add my vehicle. I had to contact customer service and email them my vehicle information. The app is not working at all, and when I try to log in through a computer or my phone, I keep getting an 504 error. This is so disappointing

When I first used the app early in 2024, the app located the vehicle quickly and also utilized the many tools available relatively fast. Now the app rarely locates the vehicle and remote start barely works. I'm not sure what happened (I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times). When the app works as intended however it is flawless.
