Forced marketing OP in
Changing settings in your marketing preferences automatically reverting to settings which give them right, to collect information and send you email phone calls and text messages. every time when you close the app, it reverts to the old settings.

Climate control
My app rarely connects to climate control to turn the heat on. Very disappointed

Very inconsistent
From my experience, this app only works correctly about 50% of the time; and it NEVER works if the car hasn't been driven for several days. Also, some of the time it only semi-works (i. e. the car starts but climate does not turn on.) When this happens, the countdown timer starts at 10 minutes, instead of the usual 20 minutes.

Good but needs work to be great
Recently acquired the Nissan Ariya and this app has been great in utilizing the car. However things that need to be added - ways to set charging levels for EV owners. For example, place a limit where charging will stop when battery reaches a percent full. Other issue is that it takes longer than expected to access the car from the app. And to make adjustments. But I agree with others in that it is a good app that's getting better

High Potential, Disappointing Delivery
The app is boasting with features on its face but when it comes to practicality, there are issues. To name a few: 2024 Kicks mileage never updates, maintenance issues stuck on in app but ok at dealership, takes a long time to update when you refresh the screen & only then can you connect to the car. Sometimes it starts. Sometimes it doesn't. I would love this app if the features it comes with actually worked as they are intended.

Always fails to lock/start
9 times out of 10 the app fails to lock my doors and start the engine.

Inconsistent
Auto-start rarely works. Sometimes I have to lock and unlock my doors and then hit remote start. Sometimes I have to hit lock and then remote start. Sometimes I can just hit remote start. Most times even doing all of that it fails to start my 2023 Altima. And then sometimes it starts but the app tells me it failed. Annoyed that I pay monthly for a service that doesn't work consistently. -_- I really hope Nissan look into making this app more reliable.

Useless App
The app will not accept the VIN from a brand new vehicle. Tried scanning the VIN barcode and entering it manually. Ended up just deleting the app.

Location Never Works!!
The app never updates the vehicle location. It is honestly pointless if i can never locate my car when needed.
