Trash
This app is terrible. Never works on the first try. It randomly removed my vehicle from my profile recently, then told me “VIN already mapped to profile” when I attempt to add it again. Customer service is only available mon-fri and of course this all happens on a weekend.

Junk, wasting my time
Half of the time this app doesn't work. When works gps show my car at different location when I can see it right in front of me. Fails to update location most of the time. Started to become useless.

Why it said “feature not supported for this account”
There is no option to control the engine on the home screen

Just an okay app
Takes way too long to remote start the car from the app. Most time it takes 10 to 20 seconds and that's when the remote start actually starts the vehicle.

Good when it works
Maybe 50/50 chance it turns car on, etc. Even if car starts that doesn't mean climate controls connect. Instead if Honda, Nissan should merge with Ford. Their Ford Pass is great

Never updates
This Nissan app never updates to current status of my vehicle. I had a low tire warning 3 weeks ago, it was addressed no longer a low tire. The app continues to show my low tire warning, never updates my gas mileage, and location. I have reset the app in my vehicle several times, but the app never updates to match my vehicle. Don't get this app!

Nice…but
It's pretty good. Can't get vehicle health report to work which is frustrating. Automatic start doesn't always work either.
