Payment issue
Every single time I attempt to purchase tickets on the app none of my payments methods work. Even worse is the fact that the seats I attempted to buy get “booked” up by my previous failed attempts (no it's not because someone else bought them) I end up having to always buy the tickets on the website instead AND my Amazon prime voucher is wasted on the failed bookings. Please look into this issue as it is very frustrating and makes the app lose its main purpose. Thank you in advance.

Shocking- changed my password which was accepted then it wouldn't accept it. Installed odeon app on my newish phone because the app wouldn't work on my old iPhone and it wouldn't work on my new one either.Yes I have 2 phones and an iPad- I can't understand the problem.Dpent 2-3 hours trying to sort it and Im very very irritated and stressed.Do I want to ho yo the Odeon now- No! Not that badly.🥵

Removed Apple Wallet support - Why??
Used to be a decent app, but they've for some reason decided to remove Apple wallet support.

The app was fine but recently it doesn't come up with the option to save ticket to apple wallet which is really annoying because that's how I've always showed my ticket to staff. I've even tried to do it on the website and it still won't work. Please fix this.

Decent app. Only annoyance is when it locks you out of reselecting seats for a 15 minute period if payment doesn't go through for whatever reason...Must be a way to improve that.
