I have downloaded this app 7 times on my android tablet and it will not open

Won't login anymore, keeps saying "having problems connecting to server" thats with WiFi on and off. App really needs an update.

Oh dear. Just installed the app fooled by promises and the only message I get when I try to open it is 'Sorry we're having trouble connecting to the server'. What? This is a big retailer - what are they running this on - Windows 3.1? Let's go folks - upgrade and get some decent kit or someone who know how to run an app. Not encouraging.
