Doesn't remember language setting. I set it to English and next time I open the app it uses Norwegian while saying it's English in the settings menu, also doesn't remember setting for email notifications, turn it off in the app and still get email notifications.

Got someone else's package, not mine. Bad customer service opening hours, being referred to a chat robot with a low IQ, no useful help to get. Stay away from PostNord.

Worked fine, but yet another app 🙄

Kind of a pain to need an *app* to get such a delivery. Especially in this case, when I have to download it from the *Norwegian* App Store. I would imagine a lot of e-commerce is from foreign nationals, for whom this is kind of a pain. 🙄

It would have been nice to have the package delivered in the right municipality, I don't live near Oppaker but on Skarnes, but apparently PostNord doesn't know where Skarnes is located, because this is not the first time

hi i'm waiting for a package but can't log in and waiting for sms with code that it doesn't arrive either, and i can't find any information available about this problem ka i should do when d occurs? I have to pick up the package in a way, right?
