A lot of back and forth

Made three attempts to pick up my package without success. Called in and a case was opened. So this cost me many kilometers, time and annoyance. Finally got the package picked up and there was one glass broken. So there the gift went down the drain. If I had been able to pick it up on Monday 11.11 as planned, I would have been sent a new item. Nice she who helped me in the end!
