App doesn't work, crashes on open

A tap and pay feature not available, just displays digital card info. You'll need to add to your Google wallet for that! Does not add to One Wallet or add as a CC payment option online when trying to checkout, keep getting errors that the card can't be added. Basically... it's useless for online transactions! :/ GL :)

Horrible signal and not something that supposed to working

Every time I open the app it fails to show the card I had added. You can't add a card that you already added. There is zero support on the app. None. I'm at my wits end. I have no ability to see what balance remains on a virtual card I was issued.

Can't access my reward from Equifax it doesn't work

The card I was sent literally didn't exist I added it 2x and it was no good, I suspect it was scam so plz watch out

Where is the view activity button? The app does not have a button to view the transaction history. It is also slow to update the balance. Set up was okay. You cannot tap to pay using this app. You have to add it to Google pay or Samsung wallet. There was an error everytime I tried to add to Samsung wallet which was frustrating.

Someone should sue these folks for making it so difficult to get access to your funds. If I didn't know better I'd say it's is intentional on the originating side so they can claim your leftover funds after 1 year.

I got a gift card that requires you to use this app. It says it can be used with Samsung or Google Wallet, but that is a lie. Even when I installed their required app, it does not have an option to add the card. After speaking with several sevice reps, we were able to get my card loaded. When I went to use it, I found out there is a pin somehow, which I do not know. So after several days and multiple phone calls my gift card is still useless. This company is a scam.
