It didn't work to add to the wallet for a long time.

Thought the app would allow me to scan the cards I receive or at least enter them so I don't have to always go to the website and deal with the hassle of checking cards, loading or removing.... unfortunately this app only lets you view....and doesn't even pull up cards previously added on my account, even checked to make sure the app i downloaded is from the same card vendor...it it, and the app will be disappearing due to disappointment

I received a digital government settlement directing me to retrieve the money in My Card Wallet. I have put the card in my Samsung Wallet and Google Pay Wallet and cannot use the funds. I also cannot pay from My Card Wallet or transfer to my perks a favorite stores. DO NOT USE THIS APP if you want to have access to your money.

Glitchy. Caused debit card to be frozen. Had to contact issuer for new card before Apple Pay worked.

Just like the title states. The app glitched on me and I still can't get in. I'm trying to see how much I have left on this virtual card but I can't because I'm “locked out”.

this app does everything I need it to do except auto fill to websites and apps that don't accept one of my digital wallets.

App updated and then it states that I have no cards on file. You can't talk to customer service via the app and even on the website you get a useless bot.

This is the most user unfriendly app I've ever downloaded. Truly horrible.

I received this card as a settlement payment. So far, it's a joke. There's no way to setup a pin number. An error message “we are unable to process your request at this time…” keeps showing up regardless of what you do. I guess lawyers got their money properly, with a check, not this pure trash.
