The Apple Watch app doesn't work
This is my first garage door app. I bought it thinking it would be more convenient to have access to the garage controller via phone and watch. First of all, the app on the Apple Watch does not work. Not only does it take about 45 seconds to load but you have to exit out of a few ads (sales on their own products) as well. This means that it takes about a minute before you can open/close the garage door. If they remove the ads, maybe the app load time will significantly decrease.

Really? Ads?
This is an app used to control my garage door opener. You've blocked API access and now you have ads. This isn't a game or shopping app. I will avoid all of your products in the future.

Shows ads screenshots deceptive
The app takes up a lot of space with silly advertisements even after you buy the subscription. You have to scroll to get to the garage door buttons or the camera views. Terrible UI for subscribers.

Company pulls support on paid products
I paid fifty extra dollars to make this work with Apple products HomeKit, then Chamberlain pulled support and made that device stop working. So, I went third party, only to discover they actively fight developers. Plus, they make you look at ads just to open your garage door.

Ads, Ads, and More Ads
There comes a point in so many apps where the MBAs at a company decide to monetize in any way possible, and become consumer- hostile in the process. This app is a perfect example - ads in many places, some interfering with controls, notifications, and stripped back functionality. No CarPlay either, probably because they can't sell anything through it. Sometimes a manual clicker does the job better, and that's the case here.

Not Smart Home Friendly
This “smart” garage door app couldn't be any dumber. This company actively tries to keep you from using their products with your smart home. They try to make you subscribe to their terrible services, but even if you do, you still can't use their equipment in your smart home environment. Stay far far away from this mess.
