Doesn’t work if logged in
Can't schedule appointments if you log in. Instead you have to stay logged out and enter all your information.

Annoying
You need to enter year of birth before it will take month & day…annoying. Had to enter zip code twice…annoying Would not allow cell phone number to be entered but accepted “phone number…annoying Could not edit from final page summary…annoying

No way to win
The app is backward. I selected an appt time, then had to fill in all the information. By the time I was finished, the time I had selected was no longer available. I had to go back and do it all again. Why not have folks fill in their information first and then select a date/time. It's a stupid app.

Frustrating that when browses find and select date and time and then put in personal data it sometimes comes back with message that slot no longer available and instead of allowing yo simply select another date/time /location one must start from beginning and renter ALL of the data again… does not even lock in the selected appt for 2 minutes while you enter all of the requested data ☹️
