Inefficient system
After I entered all of my info-I lost the appointment time and had to re enter info three times.

Results
Blood draw 1/21/25; result not available on my quest. Trying to communicate via system was annoying & incompetent. Calling was the same. Blood draw was done on East Ave, Norwalk, CT.

Good enough for getting your lab results, but this app can never keep me signed in. I always have to log back in. Biometric login recognizes my finger as it should, but it still doesn't log in. Very annoying.

It is difficult to navigate the app. It's very difficult to get to a sign in panel and to schedule an appointments. The app is not intuitive at all. Obviously, no user input was solicited at all.
