Avoid at all costs!
Worst service I've ever had. If I could cry. You are made to feel like it is your fault for the breakdown. Staff are extremely rude (especially TOM staff from Manchester), inpatient, not emphatic and so not helpful. It's like they were trained to make your day worse. They lie through their teeth and never tell you the correct information. Me and sister had to wait 8hours to be rescued in the freezing cold. Complete nightmare. I wish I could give no star at all as this company is not worth it of having one. I could go on for days and detailing my horrible experience with RAC. But I'll stop. I'd advise everyone to avoid this company.

Rubbish. Absolute garbage. Seems to think I still own my old car, I can't delete it. I can't check my policy details, even though it's got my car on there. The RAC breakdown people are great, this app and the general customer service are absolute bobbins. Not renewing.

Good temporary repaired carried out at the road side. I'm not happy that the RAC are saying they will charge if I get another puncture. This is a new tyre and obviously picked up something on the motorway, which caused the issue. 1st time, I've had to use a breakdown service in years.

App seems to not connect properly to account and shows that its been found but then freezes on this screen to move any further to request a breakdown.

had a puncher at 1pm today and was at side of road till 8pm the RAC TURNED UP CALLED MOBIL GLASGOW TYER SERVICES WHO CAME OUT IN AN HOUR TO CHANGE TYRE THANKS TO THEM I GOT HOME RAC ARE A DISGRACE HOW THEY TREAT DISABLED PEOPLE HAD TO MISS MY MEDS AND NOW IN BED VERY ILL

Cannot log in now after trying to change my car. I get the "one time email" to my mail. However when I use that the circle just spins and I get an "unexpected error" message.

Since the last update I have lost the option to upgrade my cover. Everytime I click on upgrade my cover to try and add battery cover or tyre cover it takes me to the rewards screen
