Unable to sign in
My PAN European RAC cover is provided by my pension group. I'm issued with a card and a group RAC Agreement number. None of the details I have allow me to register on the app. When I finally got through on the phone, my details were accepted without hesitation. It isn't quicker to use the app in any way shape or form. Disappointed.

My RAC experience 20/01/25
Lone female broke down on a retail park. Reported via app at 3.05pm, first crew cancelled with no explanation, second arrived just after 8pm couldn't recover car as too heavy for his vehicle! Not recovered until after midnight. Waited in very cold temperatures for over 9 hours to be recovered. It was over 11 hours by the time I got home. Not renewing my breakdown cover with RAC and a voucher for £15 for food not good enough.

Unable to sign in
My PAN European RAC cover is provided by my pension group. I'm issued with a card and a group RAC Agreement number. It isn't quicker to use the app in any way shape or form. Disappointed. Update Some 4” hrs later, I've been contacted by the RAC. I've been asked to send my feedback to their customer care including my membership number, device and level of IOS I'm using. I'm not going to bother, my feedback is you can't put a group membership number into the app when you want assistance. Isn't that clear enough? If there is anyone capable of amending the app to take this information, then get on with it.

Booked through MyRac App
I booked through MyRac app around 3pm and kept waiting. I rang them up at 6:13pm asking for updates as the app was showing wait time be increasing time and again. The gentleman, over the phone requested to wait until 7:30pm. No show until 8pm. I rang again, gentleman over the phone says you're not waiting since 3pm, you only booked at 6 and you have to wait until 10 because of the reasons, I understand I'm not the only one in the road. Folks, the app doesn't works is a clear example here. Thank you MyRac, I'll never be with you again.

Long wait
Very long wait for engineer, nearly 4 hours when they state they like to get to you within hour. Kept me well updated thought. Engineer fantastic and very polite, discussing issue.

Utter rubbish
It took me two hours to register and log in using my Mac and my iPhone. I'm a pro designer with 30 years experience. You can't even save your policy number one mobile number in settings. Don't bother.
