Shows Non-existing stations

App is okay, but the fuel finder shows/lists petrol stations that do not exist anymore. For example, Tesco at Hover Building on the A40 (with a cheap price from when it closed). And does not show other fuel stations in the area with cheap prices. Station list needs a major updated.

roadside assistance

following a blow out due to debris in the middle of the motorway i was shaken, rang RAC and communication was not great i had several people call and no one held the same story or info causing confusion in a distressing situation. I even had call from tyre company that just didn't turn up, I was told 45 mins but my wait was circa2 hours. Man who did turn up was very helpful and got me home. i then received message automated or not advising of i called out again i may be charged. did not seem appropriate given my policy covers recovery.

on my tablet this app will not show my RAC documents. on my phone I can't even install it. the installation hangs forever. as much use as mud flaps on a tortoise.

Rubbish

Crashes and can't log in or receive emails

Unreliable

When we needed it, it crashed and lost all tracking info. When we called to ask if this could be put back we were told there was nothing that could be done. Ridiculously poor app at a breakdown. Ridiculously poor customer service. It does seem ok for fuel price info - otherwise I'd have given it one star.

Can’t opt out of promotional notifications

No way to opt out of promotional notifications without disabling them all. Come on - this is a basic marketing preferences thing that any company should be all over.

Contract Cancellation

This app seems designed to sell new services rather than help members with existing ones.It is extremely difficult to find the Account settings or somewhere to cancel my contract. Green Flag appear easier to work with.
