Can't do much on this app. Want to look at other internet plans? Nope, gotta call. Want to test your internet? Nah, gotta call. Need to make any changes? Haha, nope. It's basically a glorified bill paying app. I wish I had other options than this company in my area.

Useless App
Just downloaded the app, had to make a new password. App rejected password THAT I JUST MADE!! This is not the first time I've done this. Steering clear of this app and I recommend you do the same.

completely unacceptable to force me to have an app and make an account to change settings on my router. every single other router just lets you log in by typing in an address. horrible horrible horrible. genuinely so enraged with this awful evil company right now.

I have had this service for 5 years. My bill continues to go up. I am paying close to 200$ more than it was when I initially got these services. That is outrageous.

Good service but..
Good service but the online platform needs serious work. It should be multiple ways to change my number if I ever needed to and they made it impossible online to get back into my account until I called..

"New Device" notification on Spectrum App stopped working. Have made sure it's set properly in notifications, still no notification give have tested a few times and notification for "New Device" not working. Have removed app, re-installed..have done these steps a few times a long with logging out and back in. Still "New Device" notification does NOT work. Any fix?????

There really isn't anything positive to say about this company. App is slow and difficult to navigate. Internet has consistency issues. Cable lots of channels, BUT it runs the same line as Internet, SO quality problems there. The price for a landline is overpriced. Not a good company. They care absolutely nothing about their customers. Just another greedy company that provides mediocre services and nickles and dimes for everything. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
