Seems less functional then old versions
Since the last updates it seems less functional. I can no longer see the status of my Internet connection even though I can reset the modem. I'm also tired of the Disney + scam they are running. I get emails claiming it's free with service and there is this annoying section in the app that keeps trying to get me to activate a free with adds version. There appears to be no way to get it "free" as once they get your account info it traps you in a screen after login that only allows you to pay for a subscription and enter your CC info. It won't even allow you to bypass that to get to support or other info until you've agreed to pay Disney for a subscription. This seems like false advertising and the activation prompts need to be removed from the app if they are going to claim it's free.

1TB speeds and still takes 5 seconds to load App Store!
Upload speed of 40gb/s are pathetic. This entire service is pathetic. I pay for top speeds of 1TB/S and something simple like loading just the App Store is taking a full 5 seconds. Internet speed is all a marketing scam. I've never seen faster internet. My router is not the bottleneck either.

Misled on reimbursement
Told I would be reimbursed for switching over early from my previous carrier. I explained I already paid for the month. I'll switch over afterwards. The rep from spectrum said, don't worry you can switch over now and be reimbursed with our reimbursement plan. After I signed over, they never fulfilled the reimbursement. Telling me some nonsense about cancellation with last bill did not qualify. Guess they would have said anything to get my business.

Service
I have only had this service for about 6 months. I have had a outage every month. Sometimes it is for several days. Spectrum needs to get this sorted out before I start looking for a new service provider.

Latest update is worthless! Once again, every item shown in “devises on the network” and “groups” has been deleted … again! Sick and tired of having to put everything back to block times! Go somewhere else!
