Power outages
Hello Spectrum I am experiencing frequent extended outages. It's bewildering to me how I am expected to pay for your services on time, without any adjustments to my bill. When my service is subpar. It seems I should get some concessions. Let's get better. Thank you

Glad they keep it updated but …
Requiring me to update it every time it's opened majorly decreases the convenience factor. Lots of apps get updated without needing to be updated every time. Why can't spectrum do that?

New app update is terrible
Forced to do an app update and now I can't see the status of my Spectrum wifi router and Spectrum wifi extenders and what users are on my WiFi. I had these features before the update and now they are gone. I've extensively searched everywhere in the updated app and not there any longer!!

Bunch of liars
I got set up from a salesperson at my local Walmart in October. First off, I was lied to about the setup and what my bill was going to be. I was told the setup was going to be like T-Mobile my current provider, it was not. I was told my bill would be $30 the same I pay for T-Mobile, it was $40. I tried to get the equipment setup but my Ethernet hookup is set up for AT&T. I cancelled my service and was told it was cancelled completely, but it's on hold for the next 10 months and I'll be receiving reduced bills. I never set up the equipment, therefore never used internet. I will never use spectrum again, and I will absolutely never recommend it, quite the opposite. The blatant lies are what really did it. Spectrum, you won't see a dime from me. Send me to collections, and I'll pay the collection agency and take a hit on my credit just to ensure you never get a dime from me.

Outages
Within the past three weeks, the Internet has been out at least 30 times. At times it out for six hours then 10 hours and 14 hours and 24 hours and then it's on and off consistently. It's just becoming a nuisance at this point. I'm ready to look for another Internet provider

Useless
This app is only useful if you have an internet connection. The ONLY thing it's “good” for is quick grabbing that cash. Glad my service is terrible, just had a random disconnect with NO outage in my area. What a joke. If give 0 if I could!
