App Crashes
Can't even get past the login screen without it crashing, I have iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18.2, deleting app and just using the moble site

The app for synchrony is not working
The app for getting help to make your payments is not a good one it keeps scraping and I can't get it to take care of my payment why is it so hard.

Use the TJmaxx or direct apps to the stores. THIS APP undated. NOW EVERYTHING AFTER MAKE PAYMENT IS IN SPANISH. No way to translate and it hasn't taken my last 2 payments. Figured out, ON MY OWN, that the CHROME update caused this. Un-installe the chrome updated if you wanna keep using it. I'm not.

Closed my account for no reason
First, the app. After that I will explain the title. It mainly works for its purpose. However in the past ever having to deal with their customer service is abyssmal. From there, I noticed my account was closed with a balance on it despite me making all of my payment on time and using it 3 times within the past 5-7 years. My last purchase was 2024. In essense, the app is a way to pay your bills. No more, no less. The company is garbage though and I would stay away from them.
