@@@ WARNING THIS APP MAY BE A FRAUD @@@ - I loaded it to get into my Synchrony Bank Account. I tried twice, and it said it had no record of me. I thought it would be safer than using a browser. I went to their website and clicked on the GOOGLE PLAY for the app, and it took me to the Google Playstore AND IT'S A TOTALLY DIFFERENT APP. I don't need any more fraud attempts. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Weird payment system
The ability to pay all of my accounts is great. I enjoy that it shows me the balance on every thing. However the interface when making payments is a little weird. Should be made to when I select an account and then select payment I'm only paying that account. Rather than having to select Again with account I'm going t pay. The payment system is a little wonky, but can be made more user friendly

synchrony and paypal lowered my credit limit by 75% for making on time payments 100% of the time for 5 years and almost never using more then 50%of the limit what a joke. looks like they are in some financial troubles

Not happy long time customer
I have been a customer for more than 10 years. There's two things that I don't and you got 3 stars. I find clothes that I like and have ordered for years and without notice or input from the customers you change them or get rid of them. Second- you raised the yearly requirement for top tier rewards why are you hard pressed to give out a $5 off bonus maybe 4 times a year

Says I don't have an account which is ridiculous, yet I get emails about my monthly payments being due. sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn't. they need to fix this asap, calling the number to help access my account is pointless.

Dangerously insecure website and app security practices! I strongly request two factor authorization for third party apps, Google Authenticator, RoboForm, etc. be enabled for online credit accounts. I can not believe in this day and age a banking and finance company would be so careless with customers safety. I have other credit cards so I will be closing these accounts.

I've never seen such complications from an app having to talk to three separate departments. I've hung up on third cuz I'm losing money with wasted time with unresolved issues except the 2nd one. 😳 Never heard of Synchrony , maybe that's why. hopefully y'all can get more experience to assist your customers with only one representative instead of keeping us on the line forever.
