This app kept me logged out for 3 days. The website said, I did not have an account. My payment was late because of it. I tried to chat, but no luck, couldn't even get the boxes to work in order to fill in my info. Yall will eat the rest of the 3 grand i owe. That's ridiculous.

Got a text to tell me payment due—-3 days late. Good for you, dinged me for a late fee. Now I'm retiring this card. If I do a big Lowe's purchase I'll use it and pay immediately but no more for day to day. Same with your Sam's card. It's retired too

App isn't working well alot of the time right now when I login it says under my transactions history error try agian later my payment says it processed by sending me an email then I login into the account and it says otherwise and my payment didn't go through it's a very glitchy sketchy app tbh am just going to pay off what I owe and not use this card ever agian

No way to communicate
Making payments is easy enough but there is no way to communicate built into the app. No chat feature, no secure messaging feature. Tells you to go to the main page where you have to sing in again. My little credit unions app is better than this billion dollar company's.

I can't use the app at all biometric sign in doesn't work neither does the typing in the password. But if I go on the website it's fine.
