Can't even get past the "link your account screen" ...been a Telkom Home Internet user for years, but its always a mission to have something sorted. Quick to take money, but always poor at client service. Really expected that a company this big, would atleast have a simple app running properly. Let's also not forget how many minutes you waste over the phone with multiple agents and still not having your issue fixed. Wake up Telkom!

It gives you the wrong info about how much data or airtime you have left when i check the app it says i have alot of data or airtime left when the airtime or data it already used up and it screws me around sometimes

Don't waste your data or time downloading this piece of garbage. Viewing bill just hangs. Viewing invoice just hangs. Payment history just hangs. Spend limit just hangs. Buying data or airtime just hangs.
