I rather wish you would revert back to the old app before the update. That one was better in my opinion

This app is rubbish since you updated it. Can't send data as we can't add numbers or paste numbers can't view Telkom data balance properly. Give us back the old app. Nothing works good in this upgrade. Can't even contact a call center anymore for help. Im leaving Telkom an going to another service. Who must we contact when we need help?

Horrible to say the least, the app doesn't even open and the website barely functions. Seriously I keep getting rerouted to the login page, how am I expected to keep track of my account if both options are garbage

Slight improvements.
Been using this new telkom app for about 2 months. Its started out as unusable, but after bringing up two specific issues in two different reviews and seeing it fixed within a week of the reviews, at least they are doing something tangible to improve the app and the user's experience. Unfortunately the transfer data function in the app does not allow me to transfer data from one sim to another device's sim even though they both are registered to my account. I Doubt the is a limitation of the app, its more of a limitation of telkom themselves. If it is, it's because telkom want's you to spend even more money. Thats their bottom line. Telkom please allow users to transfer data or airtime from one sim to another, more users will respect you for this and appreciate it.
