Since I installed the app I can't log in to Mytelus online. It says logging in on different device. Then cannot login to app on cell phone. Same message. When prompted to confirm identity by entering code found in app !!!! When alternative methods to get code picked. Then screen says sorry technical error.!!!! Installing app was biggest mistake ever.

The most frustrating experience. When trying to modify theme packs it just gives a message that says something went wrong. This app is non functional.

I haven't been able to login without LGN-301 error since December 2024. I was able to change my password after many failed attempts, but after logging out I was given the LGN-301 error again... To this day I still can't access my account to view my bill, or change anything. Even with my VPN off I have no access...

Not Working
This app has been working for a week. I let Telus know and haven't heard anything back as of yet. Not sure why it is taking so long to get this app up and running. Just received an update this morning and still can't log into this app. Rey frustrating.
