All of these phone apps are terrible. Telus happens to be the private corporation I'm stuck with.

Poor interface
It's difficult to make payments for multiple accounts. Redirecting to the webpage interface. Unable to make payments directly from the app interface. Due to this delayed payments many times.

Might as well get rid of the entire rewards system, 'cause accessing them either on the website or the app just results in a never ending loading, rendering them outright useless.

Clearly Telus doesn't know what a proper 2FA is. The screen with the code is buried in the change security area of all places, bug only after logging into this app. what a nightmare...

Literally refuses to help me. I said to connect me to an agent. It won't do it. I said I'm not comfortable being on call, wouldn't listen. This is a flat out negative review. A phone on my account was removed without my consent, I'm pissed
