Unusable! Can’t Login - Username/PW Error
Following a recent update I can no longer login with my account username and password. I get a Login Failed message and warning that my account will be locked out after 5 attempts. I have tried resetting my password multiple times (which must be done via the web portal), with no success. The username/password work fine on the website, but not recognized in the app at all! The app is now completely UNUSABLE.

Worst service ever. I've over paid my bill and still got my internet turned off. The phone service they provide is also terrible compared to there competitors.

Everytime I try adding a data top-up to my mobille device plan, I get an error message saying "Sorry, there was an error loadng your plans & devices. Please try again later." I tried again "later" multiple times, and I even tried doing it on the Telus Mobility website using a desktop computer; and I still get the same error. It's funny how no error message pops up when I click on the Billing icon when I pay my monthly bill on the app, though.

Honestly, it's not a horrible app. Unlike the company. However, the app has a habit of closing your account right away making it so it's harder to pay the final bill. The app should not stop access to the account until after the four statement periods have passed that we are supposed to get. Apparently we don't receive paper copies of these statements anymore so doing this could help us get the bill paid on time.
