I was phoned to offer a 30% discount which meant my phone bill would go from $178/mo to either $122 or $105/month depending on who i talked with. I did not authorize telus sending me two new phones. I then received another phone call offering me an ipad and the 30% loyalty discount which was then taken away. My next bill arrived was $331.

Why does APP Based MY TELUS tack on an extra digit on account number but the Browser Based doesn't?
Talk about wasting your customers time! I wasted at least an hour trying to Link the account you referred to in an email to MY TELUS and didn't realize that you had TRUNCATED the last Digit! Why the F don't you just put a hyphen in to make the last numbers distinct? The Browser Based application does NOT display the last digit either! MAKE UP YOUR MIND! I sure as F don't want to waste another 2 hour session on the phone talking to TELUS about that!

One of the worst app
The chat bot in this app is worst, doesn't help you at all, keeps repeating the same step again and again. Very frustrating. End up calling cx service number, the computer was frustrating too, took me 20 minutes to get a rep on the phone. Technology is killing us.
