Hassle

Every month that I try to use the app to make my payment, it gives me another hassle. Whether it's not being able to use facial recognition or not remembering me for some reason, it is just plain aggravating to use.

Horrible Online Services

My payment is due on the 10th I try to make payment on the 9th at 9am and told they don't take payments online or by phone on the weekend. So forced to choose the 11th and reflect payment as being paid resulting in a late getting late charge. Not cool at all and definitely continue to add to my disappointment with Toyota and moving on. 😡

Can’t make payments on weekends

So I can't make my payment on the app on the due date. Weekends are blacked out. Now my payment is scheduled for Monday, two days late. How convenient.

I have 2 vehicles through Toyota financial. I wish I could have both on my app and not have to hassle with logging into 2 different usernames and passwords. I get locked out every month when I pay
