I bought a new phone amd wanted to see if verizon has service by trying a trial. However this brand new sealed phone has already did a trial?? No way. I never have. How lame. Good thing I will never come to verizon now. Same with visible or total.

I've been with Verizon for over a century. But the app says I've only had my account for 4 years they've changed it they've changed my information I found this totally illegal why would you downgrade a customer that's been with you for over a century

Couldn't get Telephone option to work (although couldn't return 100$ VOIP unit because over 30 days of "let's try this before we give up." Verizon was good in days of Telephone & DSL, but horrid customer service now for 5G internet, Veriz optical not available, as well as 5G much more expensive than new 3rd party optical connection.

Service is exceptional in my area, my only issue has been "Verizon gift cards on us" promos offered when signing up. I've received only one of the two owed to me. My advice start day of activation to submit, don't wait on them to send code it won't happen, and go to verizon customer forum for codes if u don't have one. Support is little to no help in that dept but has been great with any other issues..

other than last month when it acted weird and would not allow me to log on, pay my bill, or troubleshoot this issue almost causing my phone to be shut off, the app is usually issue free and awesome.

this country is stuck in 1960, the interface is terrible, nothing is clear and there is a lot of security, I just want to go in and pay another bill, but I have to call the support service and talk to them for 30-50 minutes to pay the bill, this is called shame and greed
