Can't see my account. Can't sign in. No customer service! What is wrong with this service? The data drained so quick and I barely do anything on my phone!

Well to be honest. Im very disapointed. My bill was only suppose to be an additional 10 dollars. It was 60 bucks and now its skyrocketed to 139.00. No voicemail for almost 2 years. I was quoted a discount for something then they deny it. This is a rough time right now but i see no breaks , no discounts. I was happy with straight talk but you insisted. Life as it is nowadays you have to have a phone to exist. So it is what it is for now. I dont do any hacks or any illegal scams period. Protectme

The only issue is my cell phone is paid for by my company. So I pay for my family's cell phones, which is 4 of them. And none of them are in my possession, and every time I log into the app, it has to text one of my children or my wife to get a code for me to log in so I could do things like pay the bill for them. And I'm not always with them. So I wish there was a way to make my npn-Verizon device perpetually good - so once I log into it, I never have to deal with that nonsense again.

I just got this ultra 24 + yesterday, and this app installs stupid games on my phone without my permission!! I Uninstalled them last night and this morning it's installing those same stupid apps again without my permission!! How do I stop this action? I can't figure it out and if I'm paying a $ 1000.00 for a phone then I should NOT have to deal with this poor quality in an app!! Verizon needs to fix this or they are gonna lose money . Nobody wants to have an app control which apps are installed

The app is terrible!!! As far as needing help with something. Even if you can get a rep. to talk to you, its like nothing gets fixed. And calling customer service isn't much better. If I don't get an American I can't hardly understand anything they are saying. They are very nice but nice don't get you the help you need. I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday with them and 45 min today..I finally just hung up and I'm going to go to a Verizon place and hopefully they can help.

I transferred from another company expecting better service! Two of my lines don't work, customer service always hangs up on me. This app doesn't work past signing in and checking past orders. What's the point of an app I can't use? I'm really starting to regret my decision to move over to Verizon now. It's only been 3 days!
