not good. i can not make calls or receive from the US. I can not open badic texts without an attachment or with an attachment. i am being charged an international plan, yet still, i am only able to use whatsapp with an external internet abolity yo get connected through whattsapp. it is not fair

Support Requests to oblivion
So I went to check the status of a support request I put in today because they threaten to shut off my phone for something they've said is taken care of, i.e. they already received the phone back on time and they still show they didn't in the billing database. Now I see the support request I put in last month for the same thing that was not visible earlier and not the support request for this month.

this app is so broken
I can log in one time and then the next time I try to open the app it says “unable to process your request. Please try again later” over and over and over again until I eventually delete the app and redownload it. Literal garbage 👎🏼👎🏼🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅

Horrible, horrible horrible!
Ever since getting with or enrolling into Verizon, we have had nothing but complications in aggravation. Please do not enroll to Verizon. They do not try to assist nor do they want to help. They say they were doing things whenever they're actually doing things we have been enroll now for almost 30 days with Verizon and they have absolutely ran us around in a circle. They have seen us out hung hung up on us and they do not care about what we want or need.

Messy all over the place joke
Have Verizon phone, have to authenticate with my phone, fine. Then wants a second phone, how many people are hanging out with everyone on their plan when they are trying to review something on their bill? This app is always a mess, almost as bad as their phone service.

Too much useless stuff
There's only one relevant “button” on the whole app and that's for your account. Everything else is just useless waste of space. Their idea of discount tickets as a “perk” for your business is a joke. They need to just simplify it and get rid of the rest.

Verizon IS AN SCAM
My bill was just $180 one month before today then I come to check it this month and it is an OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF $470 I tried to talk to Verizon personally but since they deactivated my account i can't even get in contact with them AT ALL so I don't even know the reason for my bill going up
