Expensive and invasive wireless provider. Network never gets better than 4G at my residence, and when I do get into a 5G location, videos lag and service runs slow. Unlimited data is, in fact, limited and slows to a crawl once you've tapped out the peak of 150 gig. This day in age 150 gig is nothing with one teenager in the house gaming with his friends on social media. The app is a constant upsell and monitors every keystroke. I really have no use for Verizon other than needing a phone.

Waste of time
This app is terrible. I had used it a few years ago and deleted it because it was useless. Buttons didn't work and arrows didn't work. I now reinstalled it to try it again. It worked for 2 days now it's back to Buttons and arrows not working. The worst app I have ever used. It's a free app, I shouldn't have expected much. That's Verizon. Time to switch back to Cox

The app is complicated and has a lot of bugs, but my previous rating was a 4 because it's still usable. Now I'm changing to a 1 star because why did y'all get rid of messages+? The Google messages sucks! The icon notifications won't go away, and there's zero customization options. I'm obsessively angry with Verizon about this. If I wanted boring without the ability to customize my text messages, I'd have chosen an iPhone

App keeps logging me out and not remembering my account login method. I don't know if it went through an update but every time I open the app I have to log in and create a new password each time. In the past as long as I used the same device to log in I didn't have to put in a password. I also had fingerprint on but it no longer asks for it. My phone as well as myself save the passwords but for the app it's useless.

Horrible!! Been a customer for over 10yrs and you still threaten me that my phone will be disconnected if I don't pay my bill. I have always paid my bill!! Time to start looking for a new plan with a new provider

Can’t do anything without calling
It seems like the only thing that actually works on the app is paying your bill, which doesn't matter for me because I have autopay turned on. Every time I try to do anything else, such as changing my plan or moving my service to another address, the app tells me something went wrong and I need to call Verizon. Every time I call Verizon, they inform me that I could have done everything on the app… Nope, the app doesn't work!
