Verizon asks me everytime I use this app to pay my bill if i like the app. Intrusive and annoying, so here's a review like they wanted. You also cannot screenshot the app if chatting with a representative to prevent accountability, but I mean you can still use another phone to take a physical picture for documentation to anyone who reads this. If people want to review a product, they will on their own.

This app advertises free esim trial for their cell service, but when you attempt to redeem it says your device is not compatible and asks you to buy a phone. I was told not compatible when my device is currently running dual sims. False advertising at its finest.

Running into random errors such as a zip code error let's me know that Verizon is not really serious about getting new customers. I seemingly dodged a bullet here.

Have been a Verizon customer "forever". Never get any incentives of appreciation. Would be nice to receive some type of gratitude for those who have been with this company for many years.
