Minus one star this app is useless if you decide to change phone numbers doesn't make sense to use their app I wouldn't even let it take up space on your phone who has time to send documents to someone that sounds like their in a whole different country like with all the data breaches who wants to send info they dnt readily have available need my advise just call the card to know your balance why waste app space 👎🏿

I am so sick of this app locking me out and not allowing me to use my password. Every time I want to log in I have to create a new password.

Unprofessional.
This banking app is one of the worst. When you call them and they don't feel like being bothered you will get hung up on. Any problems will not be resolved, the staff are rude, payday is not consistent, and they'll just lock your card (for up to 3-90 days???)for no reason. I highly recommend a different app.

Too complicated to navigate. When I first sign up for it and have it setup. It was working fine the first week. Then after that it just never work the same. The authentication to sign into the wisely app stops working because I can't receive the text messaging code. It was register under a different number that I had no clue where that number came from or how it got register that was NOT my number that I originally sign with. A finger print scanner to sign would be much faster and efficient

If you have this card or app watch every cent. They double charge. It'll be in pending takes the money from your balance. Then when it moves to complete it takes that amount from your balance again. Customer service does nothing. Crappiest card company ever. Can't wait til the 1st when my company changes their pay people. They just lost millions of users by that alone.

Had a problem with my phone number and email address was some how changed in the app when I could not log in and tried to use the forgot password feature. Only found this out after calling customer service to get signed on and to verify the information. How does that happen? Check your account information to make sure it as it was when you signed up with them.
