I'm so sick of this app asking to verify my identity every single time I log in, every single time I have to get a txt code to log in I called already member services and they told me to uninstall and reinstall app, obviously it did not help

Absolute trash. Can't upgrade my card and I've been taking my pictures at least 10 times. Keeps loading and loading even with full bars of wifi. Fix your app.

I used to believe in this company but as of late the services provided have become atrocious. Switched to Chime today and already forgetting about Wisely.

Absolutely helpless. Asked to update my card for direct deposit. No biggie. I send proper documents to get verified and I'm met with an email saying I'm required to send an official government ID (already did and even tried different ones) and when talking to an agent, I'm simply asked to try again. Already did. Like 20 times.

So it isn't good. It fails to transfer money and when brought up, they don't even try to help. Don't expect to get paychecks through them as a bank because they'll fail to pay you that too. Very slow, no efficient and not trustworthy. Waste time elsewhere for your own good.
