This app is a scam. They tell you that they will pay you two days before but then they tell you that you have to wait 2 [phone] payment cycles after the first payment for it to be like this. Then they cancel your card for claiming and there is no way to claim your money, they tell you to contact your company, when they are the ones who have your money. Total scammers. Don't take this card for anything in the world.

Customer service
Reason why I give it two stars is because I work with bath and body works this was one of the cards that they gave me there has been times where I had to pull money from the amount I made which I signed up to do earned wages and when I had to pull money out that I worked for i was opt out to know when my paycheck comes which I have direct deposit set up there was a time where 112$ was taken off my card I called them and a lady said someone in their company took it off my card she then said I'll put it back and then I somehow got $800 which was confusing so now after I had to pay my bills for my home or food they saying I have to pay that back how when it's the money I worked to get I don't understand this app or the company I want some answers please!!

“Upgrading my Account”
Anytime I try to upload the necessary photos to upgrade my card, they upload to 100% and won't actually upload. I've tried several times but it doesn't work at all. I'm about done with wisley.

Terrible service
My card was recently blocked I have called numerous times and was met with the same answer “Re try your purchase and they will send you a text to confirm the purchase.” I have gotten no texts or emails I have a money in my account and now it is gone. I have no clue what to do as I am met with zero help from employees.

It is the worst application, they definitely only steal from people and in my case they only stole from me & they didn't return any money to me. It's horrible, don't use it if you don't want to be scammed.

A $20 dispute takes 5. Months to solve
I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with Wisely has been. I filed a simple dispute over a $20 charge, and after 5 months of constant follow-ups, I still don't have a resolution. It's beyond frustrating and honestly unacceptable. Every time I reached out, I was met with vague responses, long wait times, and no real sense of urgency to address the issue. For a bank that prides itself on customer service, this has been a complete failure. Five months for $20? It's clear that Wisely doesn't prioritize its customers or care about resolving even the smallest disputes. The incompetence and lack of efficiency here are staggering. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from wisely. If they can't handle something as simple as a $20 dispute in a reasonable timeframe, I can't imagine what they'd do with more serious matters. Definitely not a bank I would recommend. Total trash.

Horrible service
Got this as a pay card for my job recently had a bunch of orders come through on my account in multiple charges adding up to 300 in uber eats. I made a dispute they where all denied. I asked for another card has been a month and I haven't gotten it this is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. When u ask for assistance you talk to a ai that is completely useless. It is very difficult to get to speak to customer service and when you do they barely speak english. I have a bunch of money stuck in my account that I can't get out and I simply can't do anything because I can't get a card. on top of that every-time I ask for one they charge me 6 dollar replacement fee this is just straight up criminal

Ease of use
Unable to update contact information, therefore locking you out of your account for 2-3 business days as they review documents you must upload for “verification.” Meanwhile, you have no access to your online account, to transfer or move funds if needed. Without the prepaid card and correct login information, this app is useless. Remove this additional step, and allow user updates as other apps do. Super INCONVENIENT and inconsiderate with financial strain as prevalent as it is today.
