This bank is horrible. I attempt to make a purchase, y'all put the amount in pending 3 days ago. I cancelled that order within 10 minutes of making the order. So the money in pending was never used because I made the new purchase with a different card. Now I'm waiting many days for a refund on a purchase cancelled within 10 minutes....

Makes no sense
Very frustrated. I can't add my back because it states it's already added but not showing when I try to send the money. Is it's obviously not added and won't allow me. I only have the card because my job. I hate this inconvenience.

Just wish the online app would work but it keeps making me change my password. Other than that it's a good card to use!

Horrible company
Don't use this company. Not only are they in accommodating but rude. They refused to help me. Refused to waive fees when they made the mistakes. I got an eviction notice because they wouldn't unlock my card or pay for the over night to get on time after they didn't inform me that I needed a new card days ago.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
i got paid and i wanted to transfer my money to a bank account by ach. they said it was gonna take 1-3 business days n still nothing they won't even give me my money back. i've lost 260. DONT USE THIS GARBAGE!!..
