Customer service is horrible, Been waiting almost 3 weeks to receive my card and still haven't gotten it. I had to upload documents??? And now it's telling me they will be reviewed 'within' 2 days. I'm literally a minor and this is supposed to be the card I receive my paychecks on, so basically until these people decide to give me my card I'll be a child slave. Customer service was so rude too, catching attitude like they don't want to do their job. If I had a different choice in the banking I use I would pick a different company for sure.😐

DO NOT USE WISELY! I have had my account hacked twice. Now I have no access to my money for the 2nd time, plus the stress of having thousands leave your account and being questioned about that as though it was my fault. Where the new debit card will arrive, I don't know. Thanks wisely. I ran out of $ today. Not sure how I'll feed my child tomorrow.

the UI blows it slow and security features are so limited as well could be better but the lag and the consent waiting for the app to load is annoying specially when you need access your card or bank information it annoying and could be so much better but the perks for gift cards it kinda cool tho as well the savings organizer system is a nice touch but UI and bugs could and would improve the app over all of just fixed

wish I could leave zero. got my card hacked and i made the mistake of disputing it. now I can't access money until I get a replacement despite wisely saying on the site they "don't freeze your account" well mine is. i need to access my account. I can get money off it without the card. I am going to lose my car because of this. the most frustrating thing is I know they could give my money back in 2 seconds I've seen them do it as a "one time courtesy". Thanks for ruining my life Wisely!!!

Worthless garbage that barely works. Bank transfer is literally not present at all on the app despite ADP redirecting you there to do exactly that. ADP is Embarrassingly incompetent.

I keep getting error code 15 every time I long in the app and each time I try to reset password And username it never works please explain how I can fix this issue

brought it down to 1 star ever since they updated and completely redid all thier policies, implementing crazy fees, like green dot and other prepaid bank cards. have been a customer for years, used to be a great service. now no. very disappointed. probably wont be using mine anymore. its straight up greedy and theft in my honest opinion. sorry not sorry
