oh there not worth it we have went 4 weeks with them not picking up the trash and they said they couldn't come down the road they have other roads down here and they have to go i have had to call every week for 4 weeks cause they never came down to pick it up they need to find someone that will pick the trash up

Too many updates
Every time I open this app, it requires an update. Not a very thoughtful user experience.

Every other time I try to open the app it requires an update to open.
Every time I open the app, requires a password to be typed in, does not remember device. Every other time it requires an update to even open, AFTER entering the password.

App doesn’t do what’s listed
About all you can do in this is report a missed pickup or pay your bill. Zero customer service access or chat. Guess I need to do that via web access.

No Real Customer Service in the APP
WM has missed pickup's 5 times in the last 2 months. My pickup schedule was moved to the end of the day 2 months ago. Now, I flip a coin each week to guess if they're going to show-up or not. Even after calling them on two occasions they were another day later than they promised.

Lousy auto pay!
On more than one occasion, I was told my payment was late even though I am enrolled in auto pay for the past year. What gives???
