Not sure why my bill just went up by $20 since I can't look at the current invoice for this period, the app only let's me see previous invoices.

Auto-Pay Is Unreliable
Signed up for auto-pay several months ago to avoid the new jacked up convenience fee. September payment went through okay. Got an email notification in November saying my account was past due and needed payment or I would be charged another fee. Attempts at manual payment would not go through. Hassled for over an hour with app and website and was finally able to chat with a live person who said it looked like my October auto-payment was never scheduled. Gave me a phone number to make a payment. Only option was to pay 2 months, October and November. It currently looks like I'm going to be charged twice for November if the auto-pay that is scheduled goes through. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

One of the worst updates. Not only did you add a convenience fee to pay with a credit card but when pay for it, it's take extra steps to pay for your bill.

most uncooperative trash company. offer no options for elderly for smaller, easier to handle bins, no cheaper rates for those who do not need weekly service.

Horrendous functionality built for a horrendous company. We've had our trash picked up twice this quarter, despite our cans being there every morning. This app provides no way to contact customer support, no way to ask them to pick up what they were supposed to earlier, and no way to cancel your service. I hope everything bad in this world happens to our garbage man and our garbage man only.

We set up auto pay on the app and didn't think to check if payments were actually being made till we got a letter threatening to turn off services till we paid what was owed

Problems at WM
Last week Veterans Day must have collapsed WM pick up service because this Veteran had his can out 3 days with no pick up & no credit.
