the phone tree is very challenging and frustrating and when you need to talk to someone your on hold for a long. Tried to call this morning and selected to have someone call me back but never got a call. so this evening I tried again and was on hold for 1 hour and 48 secs and still was not able to connect with someone so I hung up.

I hate it when large companies accept on line payments via debit cards and charge sur charges for the service. Cost of doing business in that fashion, cheaper than dealing with checks being mailed in.

worst company to deal with. have had too many problems to even talk about, didi not pick up my trash or recycling for 4 weeks then the bill came and they said not till the full bill is paid. I asked about the extra weeks, they wanted me to bail it up so it was easier on the driver, still left it and did not pick up the extra. called 3 times and a manager was to call me back for this occurance. no call. I have or was to recieve 8 call backs none have called. drain your stock. bad business

Honestly this app is so easy and straight forward its dummy-proof. I hope they never change the app layout. On a side note, the representatives for WM are very nice and helpful. Truck drivers have never missed a pick-up. Overall great service. ONLY reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it won't save my password to login, and I'm lazy and don't want to type my pw in everytime 🤣
