Not working
App not working, keyboard doesnt shown up once the screen ask me to insert the code i received from sms. After i click on X to cancel, it returned me to thw front page to reinsert the id and password. Again keyboard doesnt pop up and shown up because it is fly to the Mars. I think

So this app is now longer compatible with my phone and it frustrates me that NAB did not think about the customers and what device's they use.

I am thoroughly tired of trying to get the latest NAB app.... it says it is not compatible with my Samsung phone but I have android version 9. Rang the bank and they said they were ironing out the problems last weekend. Still not able to download the new app..... it doesn't show this new app in play store. I have to search via Google and it shows there, u click on it and then shows no download button. Come on NAB though need to do better I've been with you 40yrs.... time to move banks

Good but can be better
Can you please implement dark mode? The blinding white is very jarring. Also notifications are pretty delayed for things like incoming money.

Powered by the NABs world renown Artificial Incompetence. A system that uses KYC to fail miserably to ensure that identification processes are applied across ALL accounts. Waste of time.

I'm so disappointed with NAB. I'm on a disability pension and a cancer patient and a diabetic that needs a fridge for my medication. My fridge died and after exhausting all avenues( charities that I'm ashamed to ask for help)I turned to NAB because I've been a customer over 10 years and I've never dishounered any overdrawn or that and thought being on a pension they'd help in $499 as I've only $200 and new reliable fridge is $699. They shamed me to the point I hang up crying in shame. unAustrali
