There are often technical problems and if you make a typing error on an interac transfer it is impossible to correct unless you cancel the transfer and pay $3.50. The bank likes profits on the backs of users, not for nothing the profits are high but it is not enough! It is almost stealing from people!

Hello everyone. I'll be polite. This application had in the past forced me to change my phone which worked very well. And today AGAIN I have to change my phone for an application. The easiest thing is to change banks. Goodbye!!!!!

For my part, I am not at all satisfied. First, I am forced to update an app that worked very well. But the problem is that my cell phone cannot take it. So, second, if I want to have access to it I have to change my cell phone while all my other apps still work very well. So why not have left it to those with whom it still worked and have created another one for recent cells... I am not ready to change my cell phone

It sucks, I've been logged out of my account for a while now, my password doesn't work, so I try resetting it, and it says "we can't seen to identify you" like dude?! And then, I call customer service, they help me and all, they reactivate my account and give me a new password, so I try it, AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!

The worst bank in the world, and I have lived in several countries. There should be negative stars because they don't deserve a zero. Where else on earth are you on hold for 2 hours by a bank? I have been with them for 7 years and everyday I question my sanity given what I have gone through. Incompetent employees, customer service is 9 to 6 and closed on weekends and they transfer money once a week! How they continue to exist is beyond human understanding. Lost lots of money. STAY AWAY!!!
