Getting the railcard i bought from railcard was a disastrous ridiculous process

Can you get someone to rewrite the process to renew a card and get it immediately set up on a device and into Apple wallet . It us an awful process and every three years it takes hours to work it out ….

I do not understand why it won't let you screenshot your card, if you haven't got a signal you can't show it and can then end up with a fine. Change it, it's the sensible option.
