No Apple wallet support
The app is basic in that, you can see your railcard but can't add it to your Apple Wallet so it's a pain as there is little incremental value beyond seeing your railcard. Also railcards can't be added to Trainline or TrainSplit accounts, but that is more a problem of railcard purchase source than this app specifically, all railcards are housed to the source of purchase!

Does not allow you to screenshot your card. How on earth are you meant to provide proof when there is no network available?

Keeps deleting data
I am fuming again the app has left me stressed trying to download the pass again as the system has kicked me out! Doing this when traveling is irresponsible and stressful!

It is difficult to download
On train today the senior card took ages to download. Is there an off-line version that can be stored as a photo?

OK most of the time, but if not used for a while needs an internet connection to work, and given the poor connectivity on the lines i use that can be a problem.

Works well; but cannot import to Apple Wallet.
Needs Apple Wallet support. Otherwise, simple & easy to access Railcards.

Looks like I may have paid twice. System said it was opening an authorisation page with my bank - which it did not!!
