i couldn't pay for my taxi because my money was stuck in savings!!! joke taxi there and back had to get my family to pay for it couldn't even get the food i went out to get in a taxi all because you had some ‘' difficulty with the app''

Coincidental issues
Overall Id say Im satisfied with the application itself, however, I always seem to have issues with making payments when they need to be made urgently. I would strongly suggest separating your money across different bank accounts just incase this issue happens to you.

Last update has removed information
Having several savings accounts with Nationwide, the app used to show the account number for interest payments. This has disappeared and makes it much harder to reconcile the account

Slow, unresponsive - worse app of them all
You have the worst app loading time to the point of frustration. Sort it out. The tweaks you have made over the last few months have left the app extremely sluggish to load. It makes freezing and unfreezing your card frustrating.

Bad app
New design is nice but everything else is terrible, no push notifications,can't view card details in app which is a really simple thing to show, when logging in app is slow just general navigation around the app is low and clunky, always getting a service message then have to force close the app and open it again. Puts me off banking with nationwide
