Bad app, regularly forced to restart it as it comes up with error messages saying it can't load or it's unavailable. The bank needs to invest in fixing this app or customers are going to start ditching them!

Three new permissions doesn't seem minor...why does it now need to control vibrations? Why does it need to pair with bluetooth devices? Why does it need to prevent my phone from sleeping?

One of the most antiquated banking apps I've seen. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, it has. Tried to make a payment to someone I regularly pay but it seems now I need a card reader. Complete waste of time. Nationwide take a look at Lloyds app, they have it right!
