Doesn’t work. Have to keep removing and reloading
App opens about 1 time in 10. Have to keep deleting and reloading

I’m unable to sign in
Whenever I try to open the banking app, it comes up with a screen saying ‘We're sorry… We've been unable to establish a secure connection' and keep in mind this happens every time I try to open the app. I have deleted it and reinstalled many times however it always shows the same screen I've there is not a secure connection. My phone cannot be the the problem due to all other apps working and so I'm looking for advice on how to stop this problem.

Freezing cannot open
Often I try to open the app on all devices iPhone iPad and the app freezes and does not open.

Terrible
This app is so basic it makes Barclays look amazing. Didn't get my switch offer when I had transferred 2 direct debits to them. Stay away!!

Balance Updates
The new update is annoying, you can't see your new balance after you've transferred funds until you come out of the account. Stop making changes just for the fun of it, if it ain't broke don't try to fix it!

IOS 18 Keyboard Issue
The app functions typically fine, but since iOS 18 was introduced for the latest iPhone, the comma separator on the payment feature in the app has stopped functioning. You can only pay whole number amounts because of this. Please recreate the issue yourself using iOS 18 on an iPhone and introduce a fix. Thanks! 🙏
