Love the app but there's a bug in it now that you can't scroll up to log out the page just keeps springing back down and you can't get to log out, having to close the app to do this, a little annoying.

absolutely awful i dont know what is going on but it keeps freezing so i deleted then re downloaded and now it wont even load to let me log bsck in

The app has been fine until the last couple of weeks. Since the latest update it won't let me pay a new person as it says there is an issue with the server. I have to log in on the web to do it. This needs to be looked at.

Why oh why do they keep messing with this app. Normally, when you bring out a new version it's an upgrade. This is a downgrade. Now, I'm only able to see a couple of months of transactions for some accounts. WHY? Apparently, I need to login to the Internet to see more and this "is best on a computer"! I'm using an app! This is 2024, not 1994. So frustrated with this. Also, the transactions layout is messy and confusing, difficult to determine incoming and outgoing payments. Please just fix it.

The app have request for an update. I have tried to update via data, and wifi didn't work. Decided to delete and install again, but now I can't install it. Please help, I really need this app. Will change to 5 stars if you can sort my issue.

Whilst the App is useful as a way of accessing your account, it lacks any real depth, for example it doesn't allow you to track spending or get a forecast of spending and available funds based on one's spending patterns. Could do better.

-- I've never used the app before. How do I start?
Tap the 'Get' button on the screen to download the app. Once downloaded, simply follow the instructions on screen. From there, all you'll need are your Nationwide account details or debit card and card reader and the app will help you finish setting up.

My app isn’t downloading
If your app isn’t downloading or seems to be stuck, to fix it:
1. Go to your phone’s settings and choose Apps > Google Play Store > Force stop
2. Then choose Storage > Clear cache
3. Try the update again.
