Unfortunately app keeps freezing up
I have been using the app for some time now and found it very useful and easy to use but unfortunately recently it just refuses to load I have reinstalled the app it was fine for a while but again refuses to load

Giving personal information
If this continues I will bank else where. I been asked every time I use the app for personal information. I refuse to give this. I do not trust you with this information. If this doesn't stop I will bank else where it been with u for over 30 years. Just stop

Awful online banking app
I just find this app clunky. I just want to see what's coming in and out clearly and this doesn't cut it. I also agree with all the updates needed, it's always when I need to get on my online banking to do something quickly.

Horrible. There are so many features and extra (divertionary) options that I can no longer have a quick look to see recent transactions. I no longer get a simple list when I get there > less items on the screen > extra apparently random letters in coloured boxes on the left and side. It seems I have to view savings accounts and ISA's when all I want by default is my current account. Maybe I have the wrong app?

A payment wouldn't go through due to a "technical error" then it turned out the payment went through twice. Literally no customer service unless you count a useless bot that can't help with anything. After many years of banking with Nationwide this experience has led me to switch to Starling

Second time now I've had to uninstall/reinstall app. Technical problem whenever I try to make a payment. Useless.
