Service is not working
They offer you a free trial month when you've got an Oura ring. So I decided to give it a try and get an insight in my cycle. Everything went fine, you only needed to ‘pay' €0,00 (cause it's a free trial month) So I did, but now I can't get any access and need to answer all the questions again and again. After that they present you a new payment (€80) that's NOT how a free offer works. So I wanted to contact customer services. Which is a bloody chatbot so my questions are still not answered. I'm very, very disappointed and I won't recommend this scam app to anyone.

Plotting app with a very high cost that wants to take over your life
On the plus side, of course, hormone-free contraception is but on the minus side, • 900kr ANNUALLY to use their thermometer (I have a thermometer at home, why can't I use it) • Push notifications with constant nagging to log temperature • cluttered app, as many menu choices as you like, difficult to navigate articles, FAQ sent out in browsers, notifications about articles or log temperature etc (leave me alone?!) Sure, they have really thought through their buying process but I'm not going to pay for another year.

First collect bunch of personal information, demand to create account and to agree to storage your data and then inform that you have to pay to use it. Not fair.

Another app is free
Found period tracker is free I like this app but not user friendly and I need to manually sync it to my Oura ring every day

Worst customer service ever
If you need help, you are on your own. The only one who will “try” to answer your questions, is no one. If you try to change your plan, the only thing you will see is how they can make you pay more, if you need to change your Mode, good luck. If you go to customer help, they make you read an article. If you click and answer their questions, you will wait forever for someone to send you an email.

The Worst Customer Service
I used this app religiously for about 9 months, loved it, and then had a miscarriage. I was discouraged and needed a break so I stopped using. They emailed me in October to remind me I had a month to cancel and it went to my spam because they don't have a reliable email service provider. They charged me and I canceled the next day and asked for a refund and explained the situation. Of course i would have signed up again when I was ready. The customer service agent was incredibly impersonal and said it was basically my loss. What a terrible way to make money. This made a devastating experience for me even worse.

Avoid auto-renew
Good app but auto-renew a pain! As soon as they take your money you aren't entitled to a refund. So if you miss any reminder email you are tied in for another year!!!

Don’t buy this app!! Sneaky money grabbers
The actual product and app is fine. But don't get locked into their sneaky annual subscriptions. I emailed them the same day after they charged me £60 for an annual subscription clearly explaining I had no intention of using the app and please could I have my money back. But no, apparently they send you a reminder email, well who has time to read that!? They refuse to refund me and I'm £60 out of pocket. I deserve better and won't be using again.

Didn’t work
The app never worked for me, even after using it consecutively for 3 months it couldn't give me any dates where I had low fertility. I use another app now which is much better. Also my subscription was auto renewed with no prior notice. I wouldn't recommend this app, there are better alternatives.

Your temperature changes during your cycle are significant in predicting your fertile window. A basal thermometer is included with our annual subscription or can be bought as an add-on to our monthly subscription. The app supports syncing with Apple Health. OUR STORY Founded by particle physicist, Dr. Elina Berglund, with a goal to offer women an effective, hormone-free method of birth control, Natural Cycles identifies ovulation by analyzing basal body temperature, learning your unique cycle so you can get to know your body better, and know the exact days you can and can't get pregnant.
