I liked it at first, but it no longer sends notifications to my phone, and in addition to paying for the app, you have to pay an exorbitant amount of money to get advice on an ailing plant. Not at all how their ad portrays it. They make it look like you can take a picture and the app will tell you how to fix it. That's not true at all. You have to pay extra for expert advice.

Not in Spanish
He claims to have a Spanish language, but it is not completely so. Many important things are in English. It makes the process more difficult. Not good.

Fraud
Hello I cancelled my subscription right away but more that 39$ were discounted of my account. I am chocked. I don't understand why this happened. Please provide me the money back, I really need that amount and stop trying to have payments from my side

Poor Diagnosis
Fails to give definite answer. Lists a number of examples that may be wrong with the plant . Waste of money . I tried to get back fee within hour of taking membership but it doesn't refund.

Great Plant Care App with Room for Improvement
This app is fantastic for plant enthusiasts! It allows you to easily log when you water, fertilize, mist, repot, and rotate your plants. You can also keep a journal to track their progress and well-being. Plus, it provides basic plant care information, making it a great resource. However, some of the features are locked behind a paywall. For instance, the light meter, water calculator, and plant diagnosis tools are not available for free. I believe the app has a lot of potential for further improvement. It would be great if the watering schedule could be personalized based on your location, and if the interface was more visually engaging and fun. Adding an AI-powered plant doctor, a “plant grave” feature to track plants that have passed, and a community chat for plant lovers to share tips and showcase their collections would be amazing! Overall, the app is a solid tool, but these added features would make it even better.

The free trial of 3 days can not be uninstalled, so how can I cancel, as soon as the 3-day period expires, it will be charged, is it difficult for a strong man. There is a feeling of being cheated.
