Phone number change
Had different country phone number and now I changed your new updated app doesn't show this country so I can't change number which means I can't get codes sent to phone,very disappointing, please put back on if not the banking just got worse

Decent banking app
It's not as easy to use as some other banks, especially with the level of detail in the payments history, but it's good enough. What annoys me though is that after enabling round ups feature I'm spammed with patronising messages on how great I did last week, which I can't seem to turn off.

Tacky
Badge Number won't go away. I did all of the what's new stuff and every time I open the app it prompts me to complete them again, always starts on 5/8 and then says complete 8/8 badge number stays and when I go back in back on 5/8. You need to hire programmers that can code. Why should I trust you with my money if they can't code? I'm switching banks.

PLEASE sort notifications
I'd not realised my notifications weren't on properly, and once identified and switched on I found hundreds of notifications. I can't delete them without looking at each individual notification, some going back to 2022. Please get an update out to sort this as it's v annoying and I've not enough time to sit and go through each one reading them so it's masking the important stuff. Switched them back off again.

Great when I can open it
Cant open this app recently and it's very annoying. I get notifications about card spending but cannot open the actual app to check balance or pay bills. I rely on this app as I am disabled so can't get out and about. Online shopping is also more difficult. None of the customer service numbers are recognised also, despite using the same number for years. Feel very vulnerable now. NatWest, please fix this problem. NB: it's not NatWest Bankline, it's the mobile phonebanking app

There should option not to upgrade
There should be option to not want to upgrade if you don't want to especially if you don't have enough phone memory, if your phone is only 16g you can't download much. People should have the option to choose if they want to stay on the old app

Basics are ok but anything else seems a problem eg every other bank app I've used can transfer between accounts - NatWest shows offers but then can't do a balance transfer, they require a long and tedious phone call

Important things to know
