This dam app hardly works & is so slow loading up ,waiting 10 mins so I can pay for my shopping gave up went home with out shopping

I had a natwest app until today it stated to update I pressed update option and it wouldn't upload .I am now without an app .How do i upload the app on an android. Previously the bank customer services helped upload it in the bank.

Randomly get transactions declined. Happened just now for £69 and happened last week for a payment to an ISA account. No issues with other banks or building socs. Very frustrating and I'm getting fed up with NatWest to be honest.

Recently changed my phone and now it always wants pincode and never does Face ID even though it's set up in settings

I hate the fact that Nat West no longer allow me to log in via the public website using my mobile and instead are forcing me to download the app. There is literally an app for everything these days and I swear I have no room in my head for more passwords, one time passcodes etc etc.

Worse login experience ever !
GET PASSKEY!! It took me 30 mins to get in the app, you need a customer number, a PIN number AND a password and then if you change window on your phone to count the 10th, 11th & 12th letter of your password the whole process reset and you have to enter it all over again!!! Who REMEMBERS their passwords anymore, this is UX 101 !!! You don't even enable to enter the password from keychain, this is the worst login experience I have ever encountered, my other banking apps are far superior!! Step it up NATWEST !

If I pay money off my card, it does not reflect in the transactions for a day or so and so I am left wondering where the money is and has it been paid?

Important things to know 
•	There is a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1000 per day. You must be 16+ 
•	Get Cash - Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at our branded ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card (locked or unlocked) 
•	Touch ID and Face ID are only available on selected devices. 
•	Credit score available once opted in through the app, to customers over 18, with a UK address and is provided by TransUnion. 
•	Spending - you must be aged 16+. Only available for Personal and Premium Current accounts. 
•	You can freeze and unfreeze MasterCard credit cards and debit cards. 
•	You can create one Travel Plan at a time, for a maximum period of 90 days which include up to 7 countries. Each country needs to be registered separately. The Travel Plan will apply to debit cards only, attached to accounts that are managed via mobile banking and only in your name. Joint account holders should register separately. 
•	Managing your receipts is available to Business Banking and Premier customers only. 
•	Our app is available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.  
•	Please make sure you accept the following permissions before starting: 
•	Allow the app to communicate through your network 
•	To find your nearest cash machine or branch you’ll need to let the app find your location
