Useless update
Latest (March 25) version of the app is so much user unfriendly. I do not understand why would one make a useless change to already well performing app and just make it worse for a user.

Preferred previous versions of the app…
The app has some great features and layout but the account information appears smaller than it used to, having to tap the account option twice to open it (once to select from the menu, again to open the account window) gets a bit annoying after a while. You could previously just select the account from the main menu and open it with one tap which felt a lot smoother. The grey writing on some of the information windows is barely legible at times, and again too small to read. All in all a well thought out banking app but previous versions were easier to read and use. Edit… Lose 1 star after recent update, I still need to tap the menu twice to see the summary for my different accounts. Have read other reviews saying similar - appears to be irritating a lot of users.

Update..
Simply hate the update, it's hard to view things. All squashed together please go back to the old version it was so so much better, and more easier to use. The homepage update is 😬

New updates worse
When in my transactions the banner takes two thirds of the screen with very little scrolling area to see transactions Who comes up with such dumb ideas? No customer experience kept in mind when re designing a perfectly working screen

Latest update.
It's all well and good saying things have new look. With the latest update it's now made account viewing at a glance more harder. I have 5 accounts and previously I could see the account number and view the amount in the account. Now with the latest view, when viewing all my 5 accounts at a glance, there is no longer the account number to see which account has a certain amount. You now have to tap each account separately to check that account number which is pants. Now cannot view it all at a glance. Why are companies making changes with out seeing what customers prefer and keep those features. Give customers what they want and not what you think they want.

Great app with a fatal flaw
Overall an excellent app that keeps adding useful features. Annoyingly it keeps asking me to set up biometric ID but as I have a big beard it won't accept my face. It means I am limited in how much money I can transfer which is a pain. I have had this problem with other apps too but some do work so it's not impossible.

Transactions
New account opened, impossible to add photo in biometrics & having to wait over 5 days to receive a card reader to make transactions. Fraud department could of handled things better instead of trying to smash an egg with a sledgehammer.

Getting worse
Used to be able to link an account with another bank to see balance in this app but can't now.. it just says can't link account
