Lost money
Im trying to figure out why i can access my money and this morning its asking me to sign in, which i do all the time, not i cant even sign into my account, im 30 seconds on away close mavy federal unless this is resolved.

Updates make it worse
Every time they update the app, they fix one problem and create 5 more. The app is so slow and laggy. I cant view my upcoming transaction. And,every time I try to add new payment or edit a current one, its says “we are unable to process this” or something about a technical error. This entire app is a technical error just like Navy Federal Credit union.

Reporting transactions late!! And taking money twice!
They have had a good review all these years but since this year they have been suspicious. I made a transaction on Monday and they debited me and removed it from my original amount in the app. But when I check on Friday the same week, the transaction still said pending, and they debited me AGAIN the following week, but when you check the app it doesn't show they debited twice but then your money is reduced and showing a completely different amount and I'm soo confused I think I'm running insane cause there's no proof. They have been doing this and I never understood where all my money kept going. They take time to post these transactions and wait till you get paid and take more money out of your account. This is outrageous! I don't know if I'm the only one having this but I advice yall monitor your accounts. And FIX the app!

Change it back
There was no need to change the app. Plus, this one doesn't even work. I can see how much money I have. Please fix

Version 7.0.16
Updating the app to version 7.0.16 was a mistake. I can't see my accounts now. Navy Federal is the largest credit union in the US - they have the resources to do better. The old version was much better, but it would have been nice to be able to add notes to transfers. Now I wish it work at all.

Need to add pay period calendar to the app again. It was nice to see when we get paid. Please add it to the app again

How does blocking transaction history after a month help users?
The app would be great except for the fact that you cant search or see transactions older than a month. Also the Zelle integration is subpar.
