Read 100 other reviews. The updated app is a DEI home run. My version number does not match the one offered here, yet it says no updates are available. Doesn't work. Can't fix or update it. It's almost like NFCU has no accountability anymore. I'm a 40+ year customer, and retired apps engineer. You can't fool me with marketing gibberish about your mobile app.

Zelle not loading, stuck in loading wheel when selecting Zelle transfer as an option. I have a RedMagic 10 Pro and the rest of the app works just fine. Fix plz. This is how I'm paying my rent. I noticed that using browser lets Zelle actually function. Seems like an app issue.

App constantly won't load sections, certain sections pull up a browser inside the app where you have to relogin like you weren't in the app, and mobile deposits keep getting errors saying to try again later when it actually goes through

The new update is horrendous. Every function of this program has become objectively worse since the update took place. The login screen has an undefined variable ("MEMBER") when it used to display your name. Transactions take substantially longer, it's impossible to load a positive balance on credit cards, general navigation got worse, the scaling is nonsensical, and the list goes on forever. The software developers who ruined this mobile app for millions of people need to be held accountable.
