I'm a league pass subscriber since 2018 this NBA app used to be much better before the deal with Microsoft, since Microsoft has got involved this this app has been terrible, a lot of freezing and lagging while streaming the games

I have paid for my NBA league past subscription but will not let me log in using my television ID. It just says oops try again. Unacceptable.

There is a bug with the full screen scoreboard, it no longer appears. They should fix it.

Unsubscribed today after a few years of dealing with the app on Chromecast constantly buffering, stuttering, and downgrading quality. I want to pay you for this app, but you make watching an extremely frustrating, unpleasant experience. If you ever release a version that actually streams the games cleanly, let me know; I'll gladly resubscribe. It's an embarrassingly bad product, and I'm a bit surprised you haven't addressed it yet.

Sort this app out. *** Terrible... Everytime it updates it removes it from my phone but when I go to reinstall it, it says "uninstall". 5th time this has happened.

I got the league pass and I simply can't watch the games, the app is very slow and has few features, it doesn't deliver anything to the official app of the biggest basketball league in the world, disappointed.

Having problems if I opt for one time purchase multiple times. It gives me the error "you already purchased this" and I can't watch the game. I have the latest version.
