They made it look like it's free but only works if you pay for tv streaming, I use Hulu and Netflix which doesn't work for this.

6-7 ads between segments on SNL, with no indication of how long the ad break is going to be. Not competitive with other free streaming services. Also, barely any free episodes of SNL to watch. Can't log in to the app either. Wasted a lot of time trying to login/reset my password, hoping to unlock the Chris Rock and Martin Short SNL episodes from December 2024. And no way to contact NBC through the app. Maybe this one-star review will get someone's attention.

You think it's free because NBC is a local, free channel. But it's actually a second paid service, somehow worse than their already unpopular paid service Peacock. Except they don't tell you that it's paid until the very last second by which time you've already installed it and bumped up their numbers. Here's payback.

I find it to be absolutely ridiculous that I need to link my tv provider every single time I use this app, sometimes I even have to do it again in the same session. I don't understand why this app doesn't merge with peacock and save us all a headache.
