False trial period
The app offered me a 3-day free trial, so I gave in to temptation. I was ultimately instantly charged €49, which Apple called “non-refundable.” However, I have a screenshot of the offer I was given. Spoiler: The app isn’t worth it, half of the features require other in-app purchases.

Be Careful – Misleading Charges
In the sales funnel, before you can get what they offer for €1, there are multiple steps designed to confuse you. As a result, I accidentally purchased an additional service for nearly €50. I noticed it immediately and reported it right away. I haven't used the service, yet they're only offering to cancel my subscription instead of refunding me. This is ridiculous and unfair to consumers.

Warning, do not enter any banking information if you do not want to take out a subscription: I was charged €39 without my consent, just for downloading the application out of curiosity. I opened a dispute and wrote to them but there is nothing to be done: they constantly claim not to want to reimburse me because I would have given my consent to be charged. In view of the other comments here, I am not the only one who finds their methods questionable and unethical. Moreover, do not expect anything from the consultations: for €39 / month you are entitled to 5 minutes flat (including waiting time) with a medium. It is frankly scandalous.

It’s ok
Seems like a decent app. But when trying to cancel my subscription it charged me anyway. I am an apple user the app was no longer listed in my subscriptions and this app charged me anyway.

Warning
Even if you Dont see it on your subscription page you might be still subscribed. This is a 3rd party app so it would show up through apple. Its really hard to cancel and when you figure it out it will be too late and you will be charged. I couldn't find a person for customer service. I did find a AI customer service with a human name that wasn't helpful. I fought it through PayPal and they declined my concern about the miscommunication that cost me $45 to not use it.

Scammers! Charging 1€ for report, then I cancelled the subscription and deleted the WHOLE account and was still charged 39€ for a premium trial which I never had! Avoid avoid avoid

I logged in online, PAYING to get answers but it never lets me in, I created a new profile to try to get answers from there but it doesn't work. I'm sorry, it seemed interesting. Initially I paid to get the answers from the reading, which I didn't have access to due to problems with the app (I tried to access from the web, but nothing changed) now I find myself with 40€ less on my card even though I deactivated the subscription... if that seems right to you There's not even anyone to talk to
