Terrible App
Why don't the developers test this app and read the feedback? App constantly crashes and freezes when I open it. It's unusable and I constantly miss out on bonus points as can't open app

App won’t let you log in for months now
Does nothing street username and password entered. Dave on website. Impossible to get any support. Totally useless and no support for it either.

Dementia app
Logs you out like once a month and then prompts for MFA. If you're going to be that annoying with log outs especially for an app that's designed to be used at a till with limited time at least use Face ID

Is now useless
I saved lots of points went to use them to pay to be blocked from that process. Had to contact customer services to be told that my card had been blocked from spending points and that I'd have to get new card and points would be transferred. I'm still waiting for points to be sent this has been over a month and half now. Now I also can't sign in and when I phone they just say they can't do anything as the system is down.

App never seems to work
Whenever I register my nectar card it gets to the final step and advises ‘something went wrong, try again later'. Everytime I try it proceeds with just not working.
