Worse sign up experience I’ve ever had
Sign up user experience is terrible. If you try and select and international code for the phone number is just picks the wrong country/code. Then when picking password, even though I've fulfilled the criteria for the password, it states it hasn't and doesn't allow for password manage to complete the password

Won’t work even after restart
Literally unusable. There are multiple bugs: “log in” button won't work. It just doesn't do anything except change to three dots for a second, then changes back. If I try to register instead and enter my card number it says “an error has occurred please wait 30 seconds etc” but when I do that it still doesn't work. Tried restarting my phone and deleting and reuploading the app. Nothing.

Absolutely awful UX for sign up. Got all the way through (using an old card not used for some time), got through the absolutely ludicrous bit where you must scroll down past 60,000 words of T&Cs, and on the last step about being contacted for business offers, no matter what I select it says "Sorry, something went wrong." Garbage. Had this worked, following my collection from Argos, I was going to head back into Sainsbury's to buy £20 of groceries. I won't bother.

Problems after updated App
I updated the apps on my phone and nectar being one of them I couldn't sign in and it asked for my original card to be scanned, kept getting a whoops error message. It is so infuriating come on nectar sort this defect out.

Can’t log in!
For the last few months, I haven't been able to login to my Nectar account to access my special savings…

Good when it works
It crashes on a regular basis and I end up having to login to my online account to see up to date information. Which defeats the point of the app doesn't it? When it does work it's good and easy to use. It's just it only works 50% of the time
