Update 2025: Unfortunately installed again, this time on a different page... Nothing has changed! I'm supposed to take a photo of my electronic BPA! Welcome to 2025, soon they'll probably have fax... Org: Why should I upload a video of myself? What do they want with a microphone release? It's 2022 and I have an electronic BPA! It's stupid that I'm forced to install an additional and useless app! And what do they want with my data? What really happens to it?

unnecessarily complicated and intrusive. Still worried about their security architecture in this age of hacking. Also knowing Schuffa in Germany and how they sell your information for profit without your awareness, I hope this people are not doing same...it's Germany!

Complicated to handle despite the operating instructions. The timing between the ID card capture and the subsequent ID card photo is not right. And the software's handwriting recognition incorrectly recognized my name, which meant the process was aborted after a few minutes. I reported this to the customer contact. No response yet.

Doesn't work well on my new phone. Tried taking pictures a lot, but it didn't work. Either it's because of the new glasses or I don't want to take part in the NFC process.
