So useless I could scream.
This app doesn't allow you to search for choices. When I tried transferring to my account from another bank, I was told my account details are inaccurate. Because the app gives two sets of numbers. What exactly is my account number? I tried asking the chatbot about my account but the question wasn't even processed. So few options to do anything. This app needs a serious revamp. Simple only works to a degree. Figured out the account thing but now I can't activate my card on the app. This is the only banking app I've ever used that is this useless.
