I hate it! The Eco goes on All the time after I have specifically stopped it and it goes back to settings that I have specifically cleared. I want to control my nest, I don't want it to control itself.

Such limited control over your thermostat, I want to be able to set the times for switching from one sensor to another. The sensor schedule has predetermined blocks of time, why??? I need to be able to control my child's room temperature at night too prevent SIDS, if I can't do that, up have to switch to a different smart thermostat like ecobee

More and more glitches the longer I use the doorbell. Randomly my other two cameras go offline. I started replacing them with another company that starts with a W at 1/10 the price and wasaay more features and video quality. As well as alerts, ease of storage and less expensive overall by far. Nest has fallen way behind in technology. Any time the doorbell is rung, the video stops recording and I cannot answer or talk to the subject.

Gives me ads every so often about switching to pnm's dumb plan, so they can shut off my power whenever they feel like it. No thanks, I didn't pay you to advertise to me, and I didn't spend $15,000 to be told when I can and can't use heating and cooling. Once this device gives out, I will be switching companies for sure.

This app used to be fine. The UI is still clunky like it used to be, but it was fine. Now scrolling through the timeline on my camera is nearly impossible. Once I select a frame it jumps to a different one and it's unpredictable. Even then I try to use the 15 second skip and it takes 10-15 seconds to load the new frame. This app is mostly unusable for my case now.

Why is there no option to change between Fahrenheit and Celsius in the app, without changing it on the thermostat? You do know that people within the same household often use different units of measurement, don't you? Especially in multi-generational families, or families where the parents and children were born in different countries.
