Can’t control connected devices via app

For the router that can be controlled by app only, this is a very bad design for an app. Cannot control the connected devices. Every time I try to disconnect a device, it keeps spinning and then it won't do anything after a minute. Please fix this bug

Redesign, please

Please, do a massive application redesign for new iOS and new iPhones. Because even “Nighthawk” text is under “dynamic island”, at least part of it. And do upgrade router firmware often, please.

Netgear products never work as they should. They should always break or stop working. I've never had a product that has worked perfectly. What a let down.
