Suddenly stopped working, tells one one has no wifi and/internet while one browses on other devices using the very router and satellites this app claims are offline. Completely useless.

Fingerprint recognition, which was working fine before the update, asks me to enter the authentication code sent to my email again after the automatic update, but I can't confirm it because the email address is already invalid. I tried entering a new email address to receive a one-time password, but there was no response...

This app is terrible, keeos asking for my password, after I use my fingerprint login. Then says it's incorrect after using the app 1 minute before. Stay away from this app, use the online version.

Previously enjoyed the app and the control, especially the parental controls. But recently the app does nothing but crash when trying access the parental controls. Seems the latest update has an issue and I hope a fix is on the way! More stars when corrected.

Garbage. Absolute garbage. Requires me to use my phone as opposed to a browser on my freaking computer to troubleshoot. Will not be buying another netgear router ever again.
