Really disappointed
Most recent firmware update has broke the device manager section. “Failed to load device manager list, try again later” really??? Secondly, chat support, if I switch apps while waiting in the queue, I'm literally thrown out of the queue and have to start over. I'm not going to sit here on the app waiting my turn in the forever line, I have other things to do. I'm prompted to return to the app only for chat support to start over (smh) Lastly, super happy with RAX120, but wanted WiFi 7 support in my house with a beefier router, upgraded to RS600 garbage compared to RAX[address]ft (yeah right)… so I spent more money and chased the RS700, now this router is forcing my Intel AX201 NIC's to use the 802.11n protocol, I'm only getting 802.11AX when I reboot the router, few hours later back to the N protocol. Does ANYONE at Netgear QA their products before releasing to market?? Needless to say, I'm returning the RS700 and going with an entirely different product. What a shame. 👎🏼

On lean oil, why do I need to log in to any account to set up a router?

Some major glitches
Overall, it is a useful app, however, there are some glitches that come up. Most importantly, if you do not sign up for the paid security, you will still get useless notifications and you cannot turn them off because every time you select security, you go to a pay screen.

Keeps going offline
When online, it is great. Strong coverage throughout the house. The problem is that I have to reboot this router twice every day. It goes off overnight, so reboot in the morning. Then usually mid afternoon it drops the connection again. Guess I will have to try another brand.
