Don’t use this garbage app
Ordered a monitor that never came, got on the phone with customer service who asked me to verify it was my order and then out of nowhere just stopped talking and went completely silent not responding to anything. Wasn't my internet either.

app won't open and let me sign in. it says my phone clock isn't matching my location but that doesn't make sense as I have my phone clock connected to the internet to autoset it

Item lost in transit, chatbot lied
It's been two weeks since my last shipping update and a week since my original delivery eta passed. I tried to contact Newegg about it and just got a chatbot which gave me a new eta of another week from now. Yet, the shipping page didn't update with this new date. It still displays the old date. I feel like the chatbot just gave me false info to get me to shut up

App is buggy
I love the site its great but the app needs fixing with wishlists it keeps bugging out whenever I remove and add a new item to the list one head cuts off and one comes back and after a while it shows a bunch of non needed items I need it would become like 12 items of the thing I need when I really need one but overall with my experience with Newegg is great but just need to make their wishlist on the app better not hating the site in anyway please take a look into this mess thank you
