Bad experience
Bought a pretty good pre built pc just recently and had it come in relatively fast. come to find out it wouldn't turn on once I had unboxed it and tried turning on the switch to see if that helped which it didn't, then once I looked inside to see what the issue was i found that the power supply was damaged. I just had filed for a return during their return policy and I hope to hear from them soon to see what they can do, not happy whatsoever about this :/

Harassment with ads and deals for just looking in there app
Stop harassing me with auto subscribing me when i did not freaking subscribe, as soon as i opened the app and i did not allow notifications u guys harass me with ads i will not buy from you're store again if this keeps happening.

purchases went to void after trying to purchase
I've been trying to purchase a whole bunch of things off of this app and it keeps going void and I can't use any other payment method. Apple Pay doesn't work. PayPal doesn't work. Nothing else works, but the default payment method but that doesn't work so I don't understand and I will not be using this app again because of this this is ridiculous, and when I try to contact customer support is a whole mystery and it's so confusing. This is a terrible app.

Constantly resets pages while I am still looking at them. Also charged me for an order that hasn't actually been processed because it wanted to offer a different shipping address, which then took me back to the cart and wanted me to go through payment again, though a hold was already placed for the amount in my bank

Newegg is a horrible company. Buy your things from somewhere else. Customer service is virtually not existent and useless if they do respond. When you return something because they shipped the wrong item. It take two weeks for them to process it. Then, they will not make it right.
