Notification system is terrible, I never get notified for things I sign up to get notified for, just random junk bundles I don't care about. They also don't have any real way prevent scalper bots from making it hard to get high demand products. The app itself is slow and unresponsive. Don't recommend.

Great deals, bad app
Been using the Newegg app for years. Never experienced as many problems as I have in the last couple months. Items don't save to wish lists anymore, disappear from your cart as well. Filters have only gotten worse and hid items you're looking for. Needs a serious tune-up, better off just using the website.

Don’t use this site or their configurator
They never have anything in stock, their app and website is buggy and poorly laid out, and their system configurator is bad. They promise that parts are compatible when the manufacturer website clearly states they are not. You can also find the products, often cheaper, on eBay and Amazon. Their RMA process is really good though, which is useful considering every part I've bought from them has either been faulty, or weren't compatible.

Decent app, but clicking on a Newegg link in a browser or discord just launches the app, it doesn't send me to the product page. I have to click the link when the app is already open for it to correctly navigate to the product.

Terrible Tracking/Estimated Delivery
I bought a PC case, everything was going great until they didn't even put my address on the package. I got a hold of customer service and they returned my package to the carrier and I never asked for a refund. I just wanted my case. I orderd more things and it says delay now. this company makes a lot of money. better find a place with better delivery
