Poor app
It constantly freezes up. It's never worked properly from the start when the app was initially released. We expect better. I cancelled my membership about two years ago. After a year of waiting and hoping that they fixed all the bugs I rejoined. But nothing has changed. It's still a poor app. If I could give it zero stars I would. Looks like i'll be sticking with Real Americas Voice for my news

I agree with all the comments regarding constant buffering. I love the content; but the application on my phone is frustrating. Also, same commercials over and over..change it up. And the wait on the screen stating " We will be right back" is exhaustive....come on your going public and charging $50 a year for what use to be free. If you charge...pay attention and IMPROVE your application!

Luv Newsmax but not the app
I've had the app for several months and it either freezes, disconnects, or buffers. I've deleted and reinstalled the app on all my devices, still no change. I'm disappointed as I luv Newsmax but do better on the app. I will be cancelling my subscription.

I'll be watching Newsmax then it keeps shifting off. It says, source unavailable and says Something went wrong when trying to load stream. I was already streaming. It continuously says the above & shuts off. Then I have to start from the app open it & try again. I've noticed it's during high traffic times. This means Newsmax needs to get a better system. Otherwise, I can pay for Sling tv & watch Fox News. Please Newsmax fix this.

Keeps logging me off on my roku device...when I click the email to reset my password, I get Cleeng... which I have no interest in using...Think I'm going to cancel my subscription

I'll start by saying we love Newsmax. It's the only news source we watch on a regular basis. That being said, it's the only app we have an issue with. While watching live programming, it just stops and return to the “Watch live” page. A message pops up that reads “We ran into a problem, we're sorry”. While I appreciate the acknowledgment along with an apology, all I want is for the app to work on a consistent basis. We pay a monthly subscription, and expect more than what we're getting.

Bad app
i'm totally blind and I cannot use this app. I can't even sign in to my account to use this app I pay to watch news. Yeah I get more commercials. The news in the app doesn't even work.
