It freezes at the home screen and I can't get it to play or open the menu, nothing. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail. I'm paying for a broken app? When it did work, the screen wouldn't rotate. Ridiculous. I'll only continue to pay for Newsmax because I have it on my Roku TV. Fix this app! Newsmax is going public, but who'd want to invest in this?

Love NewsMax+. HATE the app. The app is constantly freezing so much it makes watching the shows impossible. Customer Service told me there's not enough bandwidth & to contact the carrier and device manufacturer. (Did that) They told me it's the router. It's not close enough (7 steps away). They told me to reset it (did that 6x). They told me to uninstall & reinstall the app. (Done 2x.) It's not the tower itself. There are no "walk over" signals from other tower. They blame everyone else.

I am on day 8 of my free trial. I am giving 2 stars for now. I am/was planning on paying money to watch for this app. The app keeps crashing and going back to the main page when using my "mecool". . It needs to straighten out without me jumping through a bunch of hoops to get it to work. NewsMax is one of the best news stations out there.
