Errors everywhere
Both ways online and through app all are giving me errors for days can add items to basket and view and go to checkout then it crashes with error

Great app, apart from your saved item list, everytime you add or delete an item from it, it returns you to the beginning of the list instead of where you were! Frustrating!

Everything is out of stock
When you filter using size ideally it would only show you items in stock in your size instead you only find out at checkout it's painful

User-friendly but…
The app freezes when removing several items from the basket. And just had an error logging in. Otherwise a user-friendly app which I will use.

Has always been great but hasn't worked for a week or so. Sign in screen either blank or lets me enter details and won't sign in. Tried clearing cache but no change. Not sure what's happened, maybe an update that's not worked too well... I wanted to place an order but can't sign in to do so!!

What have you done to yourselves. you have a fabulous courier who is going to end up quitting because he gets the flack for your poor business management . sale items still shown when you have pulled my delivery 4 times don't blame the storm this is over the past 6 months as you slowly fade good service into robots . Time I voted with my feet as this nonsense isn't about to change for the better. bye bots no need robots wave at me

App just about works most of the time but is clunky & slow. Both app & website stopped working for hours today. Should be able to return items for free like so many other companies nowadays, especially as Next isn't the cheapest of shops. Things go in & out of stock continually so keep missing things or having to order another size only for it to come back in stock briefly again so reorder correct sizes then have to return other size. Really annoying, especially for those who are housebound.
