The updated version doesn't show the schedules. Continuously saying 'We are unable to process the request at this time'. Tried uninstalling and installing back still it doesn't work. The schedule timings are also shown for the entire day rather starting from latest times.....very disappointed

Works but scams students
false advertised “student plan” where you're told about a “25% off” discount for being enrolled, which translates to “buy 3 months at full price and get the fourth free but within a specific timeframe of months”. These guys are scum for that. Otherwise, app is fine, just be truthful at the bare minimum

Schedules Now Messed Up
What on earth possessed whoever decided to make the schedules include 24 hours no matter what time of day we're checking? Before when I selected “train schedules,” the app gave me every train FROM THAT POINT ON in the day. If I was checking at 5:30PM, it showed the 5:55 to midnight. Now it starts at 4-something AM no matter what. So I have to scroll down and figure out the next available train, wasting time that was never wasted before. This is pointless, unless NJ Transit starts running time machines so that we can go back and take trains that have already left the station. Please fix!

Sometimes is better cash or the physical ticket
Usually the app works but there's some times that the app charge you the fare and then in the app you don't have your ticket it feels like a scam!! Good luck

Why does this app require me to make an account?
It makes no sense that this app requires us to sign up before we can purchase tickets. After making the account it requires us to verify our email, but their stupid verification server doesn't even work. I've been waiting for 10 minutes to receive my verification all while constantly spam clicking their resend verification button to no avail. Please fix your servers or do NOT require us to sign up!!! How hard is that to understand

Can't Log In !!
The new rewards section wouldn't work so I deleted & reinstalled the app to see if that would fix it. Couldn't remember my password and the reset password option was a joke. Takes over 15 minutes to send a code then that code doesnt work! Then it would send multiple codes and give an error message to wait 15 mins after using 3 codes, I rely on this app to take the bus for work every day. So I tried using an alternate email to make a new account and seemed to be fine. Went to use it this morning at the bus stop and upon signing in the app told me to delete the app and reinstall!!!! Absolutely not. Now I cannot sign on to EITHER account. Stuck on a loading icon. Get it together, please!!

Can’t login in a different time zone
I don't get why NJ Transit would want to prevent people not in or near New Jersey from looking up old order tickets. The app gives a weird error message saying, “Incorrect device date & time. Please check and enable the Auto Date & Time settings on your device before proceeding.” Whatever policy or liability reason they felt the need to do so, they should change it. I'm trying to expense my business trips. I deducted two stars from the app for this difficulty.
