Not intuitive

I've worked in tech for 20 years and this is one of the least intuitive apps I've seen. Zero idea how to purchase bus tickets. We've almost entirely given up on public transit. If you're new to JC or a tourist, good luck and have fun

Bus schedule feature in the app, currently not working. I enter in my starting point and destination and nothing happens.

MyTransit wallet doesn’t work

When checking out using mytransit wallet, even with a few hundred dollars in the wallet, it keeps telling me it's empty and to add money. And when I open the add money option, it shows me that there's money in it but still won't check out. Fix this.

Inaccurate bus schedule

The bus often fails to arrive even if the app shows as 10 mins away. The bus schedule is particularly chaotic during the weekends. If a bus is not going to show up, it would be appreciated if NJ transit could inform passengers in advance.
