Terrible
App wont work unless my settings are set to the app's liking. Sometimes the app won't authenticate, then suddenly it will. Now that nj transit is making paper tickets basics impossible I have no choice but to deal w the app

This app is so hard to navigate and doesn't tell you how long you have left on your train. Needs to be updated

Their confirmation UI doesn't fit on the screen. Only "no" is visible. Cannot click "yes"

Well it's not accurate as far as the timing of the bus it's been many times I waited 45 minutes for a bus that should have been there 30mins before tracking the bus on here has to be better

For a week I haven't been able to purchase tickets making it difficult. Now it's saying my phone is not compatible with the app. 3 years using it now this BS.

The app may be useful, but it's just not possible to create a new account... It just says "We are sorry. We were unable to process your request at this time" - all day long... Any help how to overcome this problem would be appreciated!
