Unknown Error
App has gotten a bit buggier. Every time I try to checkout I'm met with a message that says, “Unknown Error” which forgets all of my payment info. Hoping for a fix!

Not working
The app is not working for me. I have been trying to set up my profile since yesterday and I keep getting an error message “sorry, something's wrong. There was an issue processing your request, please try again”. I tried several times yesterday and today. I even deleted and redownloaded the app and I still get the error. I can't get past the profile set up screen.

over the passed few weeks, my partner and i slowly noticed noodles taking away all customization and changing menu items. the quality of their food has significantly decreased in doing so. when we don't feel like cooking, we always debate noodles. it's been a reliable staple for years. you can't customize anything anymore. they're also getting real stingy with their rewards/points system. if you want to add a free customization like italian seasoning, there's not even even room in the comments.

love the food and everything. App hasn't let me log in for the last 3 months and no idea why just shows a blank pop up when I try to log in. so much for ever using any points I guess.

I have been going here for 8 years consistently and all of a sudden their menu has changed for the worse. Not only that, but you can't customize properly and of course the prices have risen yet again. My family bought me multiple gift cards for here since they know I love it, and now I feel like I can't use them due to all of the disgusting changes.

They removed the ability to add your receipt to get reward points in case you forgot. Says a LOT about the company.

new version removes customization options and allows 16 character special instructions. first time using it, I put in cheese on side - got cheese on side but not sauce. what a joke.
