Not worth the hassle
I have been dealing with this company since last November. They refuse to give me a refund from a bogus account and it has been a pain. First they can't find the account, then they say it is because my email was typed wrong! Yet they still managed to charge me. Then they said because I had issued a complaint with my credit card they couldn't credit me. The complaint was dropped and I'm still waiting for my refund. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up. The plan isn't worth the hassle! Eat more healthy and you do everything they tell you to anyway!

Developer suggestions
I think that an option to upload a recipe I find online would be super helpful instead of having to go in and input every item in a recipe and then save it. I really like trying new recipes but I am trying to keep track of things and it becomes really tedious to have to put in all the ingredients. So I just end up guesstimating and trying to find the closest thing. I have tried the option to take a picture of your food option but it is not very accurate.

Accessibility issue
There are many things that I like about this app, and that I find educational and interesting. But there is one factor that bothers me every time I encounter it. I am visually impaired (Low Vision). I cannot read standard print, often not even with magnification. When I first signed up, I contacted the Noom app support specifically to ask about how much was provided in audio as well as text. I was told, incorrectly, that not all, but most, of the information was audio along with text. I was also told incorrectly about how the 7-day free trial period worked. Despite that inauspicious beginning, I have found the app useful and have continued using it. But when the mini-lessons are not audio, like all the lessons yesterday and today, I find it really irritating and difficult to access. At one point I wrote to Noom app support to share my frustration at the situation. I did receive a well-meaning response, assuring me that they understand my frustration and sympathize, but they were not going to do anything to improve. (I am paraphrasing that response.) I don't like being frequently reminded of my inability to access information as well as fully-sighted people, but, as it was a very expensive purchase and I do need the help, I continue to use it.

App doesn’t work
I signed up for the free trial through an Instagram ad. It's is a one week free trial. Afterwards I went to the Noom website and the free trial was for 2 weeks. So, immediate regret right off the bat. Then, I went to the app and it wants me to go through the entire sign up again, asking all the same questions. I've had it for 15 minutes and already want to cancel.

Charlatans. Be forewarned if you have any dietary issues you have to pay extra. A LOT extra in my case, so I wasted my money on the initial costs. They aren't here to help you they're here to fill their pockets. Good luck with your journey I hope you find better options.

Not super user friendly, you can't enter your own recipe unless you enter every ingredient one by one every time. Also, it's not very knowledgeable for people in recovery or actually sick. I'm not sure the subscription is worth the money if you're not somewhat healthy and personally I don't need to lose that much weight. I'm sure I can find something cheaper just to log my meals.
